Yeah I got internal ones, they hurt more than the birth at the time! I think she did a really good job though as its never hurt to go to the loo not even straight after the birth, i might brave it tomorrow when i get out the bath and have a sneaky peak. I'm on pantliners at the mo too, every now and then i will have a gush so I wear towels if I'm out n about, i'm sick of having to wear either though, i had to nick some of the babys sudocrem as they are starting to give me nappy rash!

Sammie - I'm planning on running and walking, so half and half and doing it with my sister down near my Mum whihc will be cool, although neither my oh or hers will be able to come, which is shame, be a real achevement for us both, lol don't tll anyone, but it's kinda as a preparation for london marathon in 2011. Hopefully we'll both get a bit fitter in two years and we can go for it. Here's hoping!

Well my period came last Monday and I came off by Friday, Started taking my pill on Friday so normal sex will start this Friday, no rubber!! haha, cant bloody wait!

Poor you dana you are going through it ... Ridley had thrush poor lamb, he is still on anti biotics but seems much happier now... i hope it isnt making her to grizzly ! I think little man got thrush from when i was breastfeeding.

Mandy i found breastfeeding so hard, and not being able to just pass someone a bottle and let them do it ... you dont get much freedom, although i insisted i wanted to do it for the goodness that my baby would get, but i was in so much pain as he literally killed my nipples they were unbelieveably sore now he is on formula.

ladies, first day on my own today OH has had to go back to work everything has gone wrong, spent hours getting organised yday to make this mornings school run as smooth as possible and then just as i'm about to leave today i realise ive lost my car keys school is about 2 miles away and had no pram as its in the boot of my car had to phone my mum to take them, pissed off I failed on my first go of it and even more pissed off I gotta stay in all day now! its bloody miserable here, whats happened to the weather in the midlands?? its sooo depressing!!

I am soooooooo broody too I want more babies!!

I'm so not ready for sex either, I feel healed up now and bleeding stopped but still not ready for that, apart from anything else I'm too shattered!

Mandy, my left nipple was the same a few days ago. I think I hold him better when he's feeding on the right but it was getting so sore that I was back to crying at the thought of feeding. I have started expressing which helped me massively and gave the nips a much needed rest. I was so ready to give up and get the formula out, I got it out the cupboard, read the instructions and thought, I can't be bothered to do all that and whipped my boob back out!!!! Im now enjoying feeding again definitely but I believe in happy mum = happy baby so you have to do what feels right for you.
