I want chocolate so badly, but I'll feel bad tomorrow for breaking my diet if I have some.

Why do people have to do my head in :dohh:
 
i got some milkybars the little ones, only 69 cals!! have one and eat it reallllllly slowly :thumbup:
 
I might have to take a trip to tesco. I have 350cals left for today xx
 
I needit too and not even in a crap mood! Only thing stopping me is weigh in tomorrow
 
Get some dark chocolate!

Tesco does a pack of 5 small dark choc bars, in their own little wrappers.
They have got a high cocoa content so taste stronger and will curb your craving :thumbup:

I was going to say get some dark chocolate too, I find I cope better when on a diet if I know I have something sweet in the cupboard in case of cravings (as long as I dont eat the whole bar :blush:)
 
im more i neeeed cheese lol not a big chocoy lover.. But cheese just as bad lol
 
Chocolate will stay in my cupboards for ages we aint big lovers of it in my house. My down fall is chedder cheese! I havent had any in weeks now though so ive done well! lol.

Kit kats are a good one too i dont think theres many cals in them xx
