Beautiful yoga thought to get the endorfins going...

    'Bring your attention to your baby...imagine your baby curled up inside you...as you breath in imagine your breath washing over your baby...as you breathe out feel how your belly draws your baby closer to you as though you are gathering it up with a hug. Breathe and appreciate your time with your baby and your very unique relationship in the moment.'

    This is from the relaxation part of my pregnancy DVD and this thought has stuck with me. I've drifted off to sleep with this thought the past few nights and woken up feeling invigorated and euphoric.

    I thought some of you ladies might appreciate it. Enjoy!xx

    i love my pregnancy yoga... its soo relaxing and makes me feel so close to the little one...awwww xxx
