Breastfeeding Support - 6 months and beyond!

Eve. I know you've got a lot going on already right now so just try to remember to take care of yourself as well.

Flobo, as you know I already pmed you about a carrier for sale but i back carry with my ergo and it's fantastic. I know a good carrier can be expensive but for the sake of your back and comfort, it's worth paying for something well made and well designed. I have chronic back pain problems but I can easily and comfortably back carry ronan at 22.5 lbs.

yuk seen ex on facebook, and his bit he is with now he has a kid. I feel sorry for them as he was nothing but an abusive alcho when I was with him and such a mind fuck. He is on a friends page and the thing is his ex that was before me we made friends on facebook as we knew about each other and consider us to be an ex club lol she is nice and he went on and on about her when I was with him and all his exs . he is a stalker so when he sees us on his friends page he will probably start stalking but you know what HA! my lifes far better now and I hope he is fucking jealous .

I know I am actually glad and hope he has seen my profile and seen how well I done for myself while he rots in bad karma. I sound evil but he deserves it.

My own bro and darrens sis didn even bother coming to Williams birthday and they never met Alex. Same happened with Williams first some didnt come and rest where really late. They dont seem to care This year loads came to williams b day and I am glad loads didnt to as I ran out of cups and places to sit.

To be honest, FIL is vile. Does lots of things I don't agree with.

Last time we went to see him I could smell he had just smoked in the house and tried to cover it up with room spray and had a window open that made the house so so cold.
When his other grand daughter goes to visit who is 5 months they always smoke in the garden and don't smoke in the house for 24 hours before she arrives so why the hell is Evie any different?!

Just really gets to me!!

I'm so angry

I almost want to just not bother taking Evie round now to see him and if/when is finally asks when he is going to see her for her birthday I'll just say we are busy but then that makes me no better than him

It's just so hard to think I am done nursing.
K was sniffing around them today when we got back but when I attempted to nurse her, she pushed away again. I am going to give it a few more days of casual trying.
Never know... I feel a little more relaxed now

Oh do I ever...

Hey guys! I haven't been around for a while, but 13 months here and still going strong, nursing as we speak!

I have a question, how many of you have concieved while BF, and if you have, did you have your period while you concieved or not, we are ready for #2 and I have no period yet, I'm wondering if I'll be able to get pg again soon or not!!

I conceived will BF but didn't have a period so it is very possible!

There are a few women that have conceived before getting AF on here. It's definitely possible. Obviously you'd be catching the egg with the first cycle before your first period comes so it all depends on your body.

Eve- You best not disappear from this thread now though. We still want you in here!

Speaking of AF still no sign of mine & we are nearly at 18 months now. How long is too long - do you think I should go to the docs about it? I'm on the mini pill - I wonder if thats got something to do with it too?

miss_bump- I actually enjoy mowing just because it's a nice workout and I love being in the sun. But Emma screamed up on the patio the entire time so it wasn't nearly as enjoyable. Poor girl was scared. I just had to google alapesha..

lmao, my grass has alopecia (how the heck do you spell that????!!!!) too coz hubby cut it a couple of weeks back. We have that horrid spikey grass; I'm trying to convince him to jire someone to dig the whole lot up & replace it with nice soft turf... dont think he will though.

OMG Flora, I read that as 'replace it with nice soft TURD' I had to read it twice to double check.

When we first moved in here, the grass was basically all dead. I think they were in the middle of a drought. I've only been here since April '10 and the grass is basically grown back in. But it has weird weeds growing up too. Crab grass too all over. The yard has a sprinkler system that comes on every night and you can definitely tell where the sprinklers are because those spots grow faster.
