omg waiting! that is a clear "something" on the IC, and I agree with prepping, I can see a sort of faint pink shadow on the FR pic!!! you are far too early for a defined line to show up at 9DPO as I am aware.....not to get your hopes up but I can see something. fingers crossed you will have 2 beautiful red/pink lines in a couple of days time!

Just one question though, what actually are the IC's?? are they the same as normal pregnancy tests you buy in a store? or are they tests that detect early pregnancy? sorry to sound dumb!

Ladies - hope you are all ok! My OH back tomorrow.... I really have low hopes for us this month as we only managed in once in my Fertile period and that was wednesday.... i ovulated either sat or yesterday i think! oh well, there is always next month..... in the meantine i will anxiosly await your 2ww's

waiting, So do you think you can hold off for another few days? I re-looked at the pics you posted (was on blackberry yesterday), and still *think* I see something on the ic, but maybe not on the FR.
Those do sounds like some promising symptoms though. I've got my fingers crossed for you! The rise in temp is a good thing too.

winter, at least you'll have OH home. That one time you did have while possibly being in your fertile period may be enough... can always hope that out of the million little spermies from that one time, one strong little swimmer may be the winner.


I had a metallic taste in my mouth today and my gums felt sensitive. Let the "casual obervations" begin!

Yup I am going to try and chill out, i have enough ICs that I might take one a monring lol.... I can still see the line on the IC from eysterday and I am adamant that it looks purple not grey which would be an evap...

Its not over till its over, and im feeling much better about it all today, the temp rise has helped lol.

PMA in full force for me today! Much better change to the blubbering mess I was yesterday lol!

yay to PMA! (once I figured out that it was positive mental attitude and not a short form of some weird woman thing) As long as you have lots of ic's and they don't get you all upset, then I say go for it. If I had a billion, I would use them too. Pee on a few, throw a few at the animals, stir my coffee, pee on another couple, etc... But only if they don't make you all upset if you don't see anything.
As for evap lines, you can't have a coloured line from what I understand. Grey = evap. I see something more pinkish than anything but it's super duper faint.

Still not much happening with me. Going on another vacay (lucky me) so hoping I can stay entertained for the rest of my tww. Doing pretty good so far, too busy to be preoccupied with symptoms. Thank goodness lol.

Winter - I hope you got your BDing in during the fertile window, it only takes one litttle guy to make it all happen remember!

Anyone else getting mediocre temps?
This month and last month I've found my temps are neither high or low, just sort of moderate

Not sure what I could be doing differently... Prob doesn't mean much, just a casual observation.

waiting, I would just go by my siggy dpo since I have no other way of tracking. So I guess you can say I'm 5dpo now and anxiously trying not to pay too much attention to anything. But how on earth can I separate myself from the thought? Haven't even made it through the first week and I'm annoying myself.

Yesterday I had that metallic taste, had absolutely no energy for working out, and my evening ended with really uncomfortable bloat. All of which can mean absolutely nothing. I was even thinking this morning that I'm so anxious to notice different ways that my body doesn't feel awesome, yet do I really want that to be the case in reality??? Because honestly, if I feel all nasty when pregnancy hasn't even been confirmed yet, that's really not a good sign for when it is confirmed! It's like asking to be the sickest most uncomfortable preggo ever.

I can't help but be excited about one thing though... I have a girl's weekend up at a resort with my best friend coming up for September 23rd which happens to be the date I test if I don't get AF on the 22nd. It totally goes against the rule of waiting 12 weeks, but I know I wouldn't be able to keep it from her if I tried. I know she would be thrilled to bits so it's something fond for me to anticipate. I'm crazy hopeful this month.

Prepping - thatall sounds good... (well aside from the fact you dont feel good lol), the only time we congratulate each other on feeling like crap huh!!

I got another BFN this morning. Not upset about that but have decided its time to move my mindset from this cycle onto the next one. My temp went down this morning and I dont think it would have if I was pregnant. Happy to still hold a candle of hope for this cycle but also trying to be a realist with myself Not sad, not upset, just facing facts . That said I am still so crampy today, have a headache and the soreness of my nips is driving me mad. (I have never ever had sore nips before).

Summer - I have felt the same about my temps this cycle, aside from the occasional one they are pretty much all the same!

waiting, might as well be our mantra here that we're not out until the shows her face! You still have time but I think realism is a good strategy too. That way you can be "pleasantly suprised". Those symptoms can be promising too! I know that if I had sore boobs it would definately make me wonder as that is not a common AF thing for me.
btw, I woke up this morning thinking "waiting would be 11dpo now... wonder if she has any news?". LoL Still super early for any likely result!

5dpo is boring. I want it to hurry up. I have to admit that I like the first 2 weeks of the cycle more than the last two weeks.

my cycle started on the 1st again, how funny is that? Of course it was the 1st of August, which puts me on CD 45 today longest ever by 5 days and counting....I did a test on friday and it was BFN, so I'm just waiting to see what happens now.

There haven't been any BFPs quite yet, but we're coming up to the end of the 2WW for some of us so I bet you anything we'll be seeing something soon! There's been several very active ladies this cycle
