CD1 Starting clomid in 3 days... Let's Chat

Well AF got me full force tonight!! From what I've heard femara does the same as clomid but with little to no side effects and it thickens the lining of your uterus unlike clomid its bad to thin it out

AMBER!!! OMG I am so happy for you!! That is so amazing!!! I'm sorry that I wasn't on yesterday. I woke up late and had lots to do. I am busy now because I should ovulate between tomorrow and tuesday. I am using preseed right now because I do not have ewcm, but everything is working fine so far. FXed!! I hope I will be joining you soon! Congrats again! I cannot wait for you to post an ultrasound pic!

The only thing Im a little worried about is the doctor cold turkey told me to stop taking Metformin. So, now I am watching my sugar really closely...but I hate stopping a medicine abruptly...But I assume he knows best...

No, Im not diabetic, but part of having PCOS (which I was borderline) is having insulin resistance. I am overweight, so I think that has a lot to do with it too.

Amber - I knew you were either diabetic or had pcos because of the metformin. I hope your body reacts well to the change. I am sure your doctor will watch you closely. How are you feeling today?

I got a smiley face this afternoon! The test line is still a bit lighter than the control, so I am catching my peak on the way up. I am sure I will OV either tomorrow or the next day. So I get to have lots of during the next 3 days and then it's onto the 2ww. Here we go again. Good luck everyone!!

I think today I am 1dpo. Tell me what you think. I got pos opk Fri, Sat and Sunday morning then neg opk Sunday night. I have not checked today yet but I am sure it will be neg. If I did OV yesterday then I ovulated a day early this month. Today is cd 16.

I'm doing good today, thanks for asking! I'm 9DPO...had a temp dip yesterday but it went back up today so that made me happy. Just waiting to see what thurs/fri. brings. I really hate the last couple of days!! I hope you are well!

I hope I got it right Amy. I am so tired of BD right now, and I know I need to do it again tonight just incase. I took my opk a while ago after holding urine for 6 hours, and neg. So I guess that means I ovulated or am about to ovulate. I didnt know someone could get 3 days of pos opks. I thought it was you would ovulate 12-24 hours after your first pos opk. Sigh....
