child benifits UK girls....not good news

lay off her ffs looks like some of you are picking on danielle.

they can have as much fun as they like dragon..
they dont raise my kids and only a mother knows what/whos best for their children..
it takes 4/5 people to challenge my veiws ..
they need a little help from their friends

 I totally agree with what's been said about nurseries, at the end of the day you can't wrap your child in cotton wool forever, yes something could happen but the chances are more likely no, you hear of awful things happening when people go out to parties etc, but we still go out for a drink, we hear so many awful things but if we allow it to take over our lives then we would never leave the house. It does just seem like another excuse to claim more benefits without working

thats the saying i was looking for!!! couldnt quite get it straight in my head

exactly!

im not wrapping my kids in cotton wool but what i do for my kids and what you do for yours is going to be different.

she said she wouldnt send her kid to a nusary not lock it in a room for ever ffs,. many dont. cost not so cheap either,

In all seriousness when news worthy incidents like that happen, most nurseries review their procedures, often the media start looking for more.

Like I said earlier I don't think a child should go to nursery until they could tell you about their day there...
It would just put my mind at rest that they are happy and everything is okay :)
Not so I don't have to go to work or because of the news stories.
xx

Look Danielle, this was never meant to be a witch hunt to you, and I dont think anyone who was disagreeing was at you personally, but frustrated by the lack of information and narrowmindness about getting a job. And I am not directing that just at you, I mean generally. I am passionate about people working or at least retraining to then work, because its the only thing that drives this country and will continue to drive this country. Staying on welfare as a choice when there are so many other options open I personally dont see how ANYONE would want that. It upsets me that peope have so little esteem that they wont even bother applying.

this entire thread is laughable, it really is!! and we wonder why we're in such a mess as a country :dohh:

Sorry pp x

As for picking on people, I did state my views on that excuse long before danielle stated her beliefs.

'let's keep it on track?' read the OP lol! This is so way off track now! Its turned into a debate about nurseries! And who is actually a teen in this thread? You know this is the TEEN pregnancy section.

Although I could mistake some of you for children with the posts you're making

We have gone off track just a weeeeee bit. Lol

FYI, this is an open forum, people can post where they want as long as they are offering input that applies to the OP of a thread, so i appreciate it if you dont start trying to tell people where they can and cannot post

Char where does it say those who arent teens now cant give advice?

What? this isn't about fun I was just saying.....I really don't see why we have to fall out about this

I didn't say people couldn't post here. Its just one big bitchy argument now. And if anyone could find advice out of it I'd be amazed.

Char, we can post where we want to.

I dont patrol the loss sections, saying only Members with Angels can post.

if everyone didnt want to send their kids to nursery and actually go back out to work...who would pay your benefits for you to be able to stay at home?

Some people have to remember that some mummys are going out to work in the morning when it wouldnt be there first choice but are paying taxes and allowing you to stay at home...you dont always get something for nothing

i no it wasnt just directed at me but because my veiws are some what different to your veiws then i sort of got picked out from the crowd..
i dont mind people airing their veiws against mine..but in all fairness i what pubically post my whole life story for people..yes i wont send my kids to nursery .and yes the state school is a trusted school and yes i do actually no my midwife well so have no problems with this people picking up on everything i say and trying to put their opinion across is fine its not going to change how i bring my children up..like my opinion wont change how others bring their children up...

my OH works and now whats to go back to college aswell which with 3 children limits to what i can actually do..and as for getting a job i really would get 1 but to wait for my OH to work and then college for extra learning ..he has to come back after all that to watch the children while i work...
