*December Snowflakes* testing thread

I know there's still a couple of weeks left till December. Thought I'd do one last testing thread for the year and pray it's a lucky month (like always). Dec is such a magical time with all the pretty x-mas lights and snow . Hopefully it will bring us some joy and we get to see many sticky bfps.

I don’t know what’s up with this cycle, haven’t had a positive opk yet, not sure what cd to count myself? From day 1 of bright red heavy bleeding I’m CD 22, but from first day of a truly negative HPT I’m just cd 14 or 15. I’ll keep taking OPKs if anything so I can anticipate when my period will start. I don’t think this month will be the one, I have a suspicion it’ll be anovulatory, I keep getting dark OPKs that won’t go positive and I just feel like my hormones are off still. Maybe I’ll regulate next cycle. FX everyone!

My fertility specialist appointment as a new patient is Friday. Idk what will happen but hopefully i get a script to start my period. Otherwise, as usual, I have no clue when i’ll ovulate nor any anticipation of what day i’ll test unless my body feels pregnant.

@HalfricanMa good luck at your appointment Friday. Hope things go well for you. Also that they give you something to jump start your next period. Know you've had a few positive tests already this week. so maybe they can run a blood hcg draw again to see what that says. I think they do test you for pregnancy before prescribing medication to start af. But I'm not 100% on that.

AFM, my OPKs got dark but far from positive (premom decided they were like a .86 at the max, and my positives are true positives… I don’t think I could’ve missed my surge since I was taking an opk basically every time I went to the bathroom) and now they’re crazy light again. I have a feeling I won’t ovulate this cycle but can’t be sure, I’ll keep testing to see what they do.

Do you temp? Could your urine just have been extra dilluted? Any other signs of potential o? I got smiley faces on cb opks and had symptoms of o but no temp rise so I’ve no idea what’s going on. Hard not to be discouraged. And it’s all I think about which is not good.

@3boys, maybe samples were diluted but my samples are always diluted haha, I drink a ton of water… and that’s never stopped a blazing positive opk before. Yes it’s so hard not to hyper obsess and focus isn’t it. I don’t temp cause it wouldn’t work with how sleep is around here, and I also think it would just be another thing for me to obsess over in a bad way. I had a day of maybe some ewcm but not anything compared to what I usually get, so I just don’t think my body has regulated yet.

I don’t properly temp but my Apple Watch takes my temp throughout the night. It feeds into fertility friend automatically and usually shows a temp shift after ovulation so I dunno what’s going on.

Yeah I get tons of creamy cm after ovulation and have none so I don’t know. Guess it’s just a waiting game.

My appointment went ok. It was a telemedicine appointment so that was convenient, but no bloodwork. Progesterone is ordered but the pharmacy hasn't gotten the script yet. I probably wont start it until next week sometime. My hpt have all gone stark white anyways. Thanks for asking @NightFlower. How are you?

I'm doing good. Thanks for asking. We got a good shot this cycle for sure. So I'm excited about testing time to roll around. Not in my tww yet. Close. Thought I may have ovulated the other day as I had ewcm right after af. But just going ro go off my app and go from there.

Telemedicine is just doing a video conference call rather than at the office. It was 2 doctors and myself so i was able to stay at home rather than load up the kids to the office. The doc said it could’ve been a loss.
