It effects his development so much! SHe literally lets him do nothing excepts sit infront of the TV all day!
I'll be getting Enolah maybe one or two nice outfits, but will be looking for bargains still lol xx

WOW...See I'm the opposite of your friend. We don't even have tv. I registered for a couple baby einstein movies for him but thats it. We will not be watching tv in my house...at least not much. There is so much to be done! We need to color and work on abc's and talking and learning and getting dirty and kicking balls and running and playing...I could go on and on but it includes VERY little time in front of the tv. I mean I'm not saying he will never watch tv or a movie...but not all the time! Same with video games. Maybe I'm mean but as he gets older I'm not gonna say he cant play them but his time will be limited!!! I feel kids these days spend way too much time with electronics and not enough fresh air!!!

Anyhow enough with my soap box...but yes I agree with you...we actually got some VERY nice button down shirts and a sweater vest...a few really nice outfits like that...but I didn't pay anything for them...lol. He is still gonna be a nicely dressed baby...but we are gonna go play and get dirty too!!!

Yeah we'll be the same too!! TV will hardly ever be on!
When she gets older, we may watch the odd family film once a week, but like you say. Our time will be devoted to Enolah, not watching crappy stuff on TV lol. We'll be outside sometimes making mud pies even when it's raining
I never watch TV anyway so it doesn't bother me one bit, and funnily enough after OH just reading this - seems that's where we're going to fall out about that alot Oh the joys! xx

My husbands parents have 5 grandchildren already. My mom has 6 step grandchilren but no biological ones. I don't mean to be mean but this will be different for her!!! She doesn't get to see any of them very often. Four of them she sees once a year...if that. And has no contact with them the rest of the year The other two she sees a couple times a year but still not much. So she is CRAZY excited. My dad has 2 stepgrandchildren...but hes not very active in their lives (nor in mine) so I don't know about that. Anyhow its pretty exciting either way!!!

Well when you become pregnant your ligaments soften and relax, however your pubic bone should not move! SPD is where your ligaments have softened and are making your pubic bone move which causes quite a lot of pain! :/ xx

Miscarriages are very depressing. I had about a year and a half ago, I didn't even know I was pregnant. I was in a really bad car accident, where I broke my hip and fractured the base of my spine. I miscarried on a hospital bed pan.

Hi hollsarena and jess,

So sorry haven't been on in ages. I've been through so much! Following the miscarriage I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. I had a major operation 3 weeks ago and they managed to remove the tumour and some lymph nodes however I will have to have chemo to be on the safe side. I'm so terrified right now!! I'm due to see an oncologist next week. Please wish me luck with regards to the treatment not having an affect in my fertility. Hope all is well with you both and the pregnancies are going ok xxx

So sorry of your loss. It happens with many women so you should consult with your doctor and take a proper check up before next try. I think in this way only doctor can give you the better advise.

Yes I kept trying to tell myself that everything happens for a reason although it was hard to find the reason at the time :/ But looking back I think I see now.
So do you know how long chemo will take??


Im good had a 4D scan the other day which was amazing!!! Enolah didn't really cooperate though...again!! Had to stop the scan 3 times to try and get her to move as she kept turning away! However we saw her yawning, smiling, trying to eat her foot and then giving up and deciding to suck her thumb instead!
