I weigh myself almost every day. But I also know that fluctuations happen due to consumption of salt, carbs, hormones, etc. so I dont let little hiccups bother me. It also lets me know I a meal that I ate made me retain water. I chart my weight and as long as I have a downward sloping trend, I dont worry.
Im very curvy. I notice some weight loss in my bbs, but mostly I lose all over except I still keep my hips and butt. Thats OH favorite part. Charlie, you shouldnt worry about your bbs. Some women have to buy theirs. lol
