Do 10 Kegels then BUMP!!

Fun way to do kegels: try to make a musical pattern when you pee. stop-start-stop-start.

(The Imperial March is ideal for beginners).
 
Found out recently that bouncing on a birthing ball is a kegel with each bounce!!
 
I didn't do these hardly at all before / after my 1st pregnancy, and I now have a suspected prolapse (going to docs with it asap).

Oh and apparently it can improve your sex life because it's easier to have a big O if you have stronger pelvic floor muscles, so...

BUMP!
 
Squeeze and hold for a count of 3, a set of 10 in 1st tri, 15 in 2nd and 3rd tri!

That's the plan anyway and will start now - need to get into a habit of doing it when I go to bed or something - the same time every day!
