does any one know if this comes with everything in the picture?

Hi all I want to get my son this from eLc but the description is a bit confusing it says what it comes with including some cardboard houses but I can't see the cardboard houses in the picture and there is no mention of the vehicles in the description

does anyone know if it comes with everything in the picture? And the warehouses in the picture are wood not cardboard so I really confused

may have to email them because I don't wanna find out on xmas day that I need to buy the little pick up trucks etc separate as would rather buy them at same time so he got the lot on xmas

also anyone know if it will be in half price Sale in October half term or not?

All i could see was :

Includes wooden crane, level crossing, bridge, 2 wooden boat sand trains with wagons, 3 warehouses, 3 wooden houses, cardboard warehouses, cargo, signs and trees.

I want this for LO but I'm not paying £50 or even £40 I want it half price then a further 20% off birthday code I'm gonna hold out. As far as I can tell everything in the picture is wooden. It maybe has some extra cardboard warehouses not pictured? I think the "mat" is possibly cardboard we have a wooden construction set and the base was like a heavy duty cardboard jigsaw. Havn't seen it set up instore to have a look at it yet. But I do think it's very expensive lol

Yeah it is quite pricey I hoping it half price in half price Sale and I have a birthday code so going to try my luck with that to as it worked on the recent sales big city stuff I will have to email them or inspect it when I get it to see if need anything else
