Hello girls! I just wanted to introduce myself. I am new to the boards and have a baby due June 27th! It has been a pretty easy pregnancy lately once the morning sickness stopped! Until this weekend I had some bleeding after sex with the hubs. I am trying not to freak out and just assume all is well! I am not in control anyways right? Anyone else had this happen? Besides that just some sore boobs! Hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to getting to know you all!

Happy New Year everyone! Glad to see everyone is doing well. I haven't been in on in forever. Just haven't had the time with the Holidays. I am due June 5th with my third, and not so patiently awaiting the big scan on the 17th of Jan.

I am finally feeling better, still have occasional bouts of ms. Seems to come when I am overly tired. My bloat has turned into a bump, and people are able to tell. I have also started to feel some movement. It's only when I am in bed and paying attention. I am guessing that I have another anterior placenta. (My other two were as well)

My boobs are finally not as sore, but boy oh boy are the nips. Doesn't help that I have a 2 year old that clings.

Will try to visit more often!

Good morning ladies - hope you all had happy holidays. I'm back at work after a long break over Christmas - and boy it was hard to come back to work!

I have my 16+6 appointment this morning- can't wait to hear the baby's heartbeat again. I have my 20 week appointment yet to look forward to seeing the baby again. Can't wait!

Back from the appointment - heard the heartbeat again and baby is doing great.

BUT

I've lost another 6 pounds in the last 3.5 weeks. That's a total of a loss of 18 pounds since my 1st prenatal appointment in November. Dr. isn't super concerned because I am overweight to begin with - but I am a little shocked at the continued weight loss. Any of you girls lost weight? Aren't we supposed to be gaining!?

Hiya!!! Happy New Year.... gosh I haven't been on here for ages - can tell when I spend most of my time on here... at work! lol...

I've lost weight hun - but much the same as you I was overweight when I fell pregnant.
Weighed in at 17st 10lb.... I'm now 16st 7lb and still dropping!

I was concerned about not gaining weight, but the midwife really didn't think there was anything to worry about at all. She said "You will..." - so I suppose just gotta wait and see lol

We hired an LCD foetal doppler from AnaWiz (£14.95 for a month) and my hubby is listening to it daily - so we know baby is okay in there (HB ranges from 150-165bpm).

Jenna great to hear that your baby is doing great!! And you too Miss BB. I was thinking about buying a doppler, but i know I will be obsessed with listening to the heartbeat! But it is such a wonderful feeling!

I havent lost any weight! I have gained a total on 10 pounds since getting pregnant! So not too much! I am starting to look pregnant. Looks like I am only gaining in my belly and boobs. I am still wearing my regular clothes, and am down to 1 pair of jeans that fit me. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can just wear cotton dresses!

I'm Rhesus Negative hun - my midwife didn't explain it to me, just put down in notes to schedule injection appointment at next visit.

I got all the leaflets, but its nothing to be concerned about. Did you get your blood results back and put in your pregnancy pack?

Check the Blood groups one - mine says "No Antibodies" - which means previous pregnancy didn't result in baby's blood and my blood mixing.

I've been getting really bad cramps so i'm getting a scan on AFriday to check everything is ok . I'm not too worried though as i'm still feeling the baby move and the heart beat is normal . Just want to know why it hurts sooo much x

Hello ladies- Happy New Year to you all and welcome to all the newcomers.

It's rubbish being back at work. I also have my 16 week appt tomorrow (at 17+3). Am thinking of getting the swine flu vaccine done if I can. What are everyone's thoughts?

My OH got me a doppler for Xmas but due to bad weather it only arrived yesterday. Took me about 5 (long) minutes to find heartbeat - I was looking way to high up to begin with. Even thought Ive had the 12 week scan and 'know' I'm pregnant, I think its only now really starting to sink in. Hearing the heartbeat was pretty amazing and I had a big grin on my face for a good while afterwards.

Weight wise I reckon I have put on about 8-9 lb since GP weighed me at 7 weeks. I'm hoping I'm not going to be massive!

Hope you are all well. By the way, how is everyone sleeping? I'm am already finding it tough as I have always slept on my tummy, which is now pretty uncomfy.

I had the jab last week but mainly because I work in front line healthcare and we have seen so much of it. I have had no sideeffects
