EDD just after Christmas

I have been thinking about this and its a tough one. I love all the business of having a babies first christmas
but my due date as u can see is new yrs eve. If My LO was to arrive on time and not before do u think I should get something?? anyone else in same dilema?? Hubby thinks we should, like a late christmas present, but the way I see it, is we are starting our LO life off buying her everything she needs to get her started off in life.
If of course Beany decides to show her face before xmas, we would prob get something a little special maybe for the tree or something like a babys first christmas something or other. if that makes sense lol.

I wouldn't bother hun. Amelie was born on Jan 4th and by that time we had kinda forgot about Christmas LOL

I have bought a couple of christmas presents for mine just in case she's early! She's due new year's day.

IMO your babys first Christmas is their first Christmas in the world (i.e outside your womb) so I wouldn't bother. You'll have plenty of time for that next year

My LO is due on the 28th Dec but we've said we're not buying her anything for Christmas. She's got a lot of stuff already but nothing Christmassy, it's just everything she needs. If she did happen to come before Christmas, i'm sure family or friends would rush out and buy your LO a little something anyway
