EWCM up until O but not day of?

You ladies that get EWCM and temp (not just use OPKs as that doesn't always confirm ovulation) - do you usually get EWCM before O, or before and during, or just the day of? I've read some women say they stop seeing EWCM the day of ovulation and wondering how common that is. I got a good amount of EWCM yesterday, but today it's just white and watery.

I don't get ewcm the next day of opk but I have a feeling that my positive opk and ovulation are not more than 12 hours apart. A research mentioned some people ovulate almost immediately after positive opk

Ovulation can occur

1. In ADVANCE of multiple LH peaks
2. At the ONSET/ DURING a single LH peak
3. AFTER a single LH peak
4. In BETWEEN multiple LH peaks
