First: I am fairly new to the site but have found it to be so encouraging and resourceful and blessed to be a part of the "community"!

Last month I had a positive preg. test @ around 8dpo and then ended up getting several negatives following, I had so many suspicians and I even 'knew' that I was prego, and had the dreams and just everything, but then four days late for af, she finally came.

This month I am excited to start actually tracking my o days (where as before I used an online ovulation calculator based on a guestimated cycle timeline) and now that I know my cycle lengths and I have my phone apps. I think I got the hang of it now?

I have a box of rasberry leaf tea, as well I ordered pre-seed and a whack of ovulation test strips/ early hcg test strips, and I ordered a sperm count kit for the man (not sure how he'll feel about that lol)
So I feel good!!!
I was also thinking about starting on the evening primrose, as I understand it you have to drink the tea and take the primrose up until you ovulate and then stop, correct?

Who wants to be buddies with me for a positive :bfp: on Dec 14th??!

It'd also be really helpful if some of you ladies could post what tricks/home remedies worked for you? And I always love hearing about the ttc success stories :) :hugs:

:dust:hey best wishes on your new cycle :hugs: im still only 7dpo so cant join u on your journey. but if u need friend or support im still here! longest 2ww ever. would like it to hurry up please!

my oh tried the sperm kit its not that bad tell him. he would onkly do it when i wasnt there though i think he found it intersting. the results seemed good but on the one we got the purples were hard to differentiate!

rasberry tea iv never heard about that. are there success stories ,might just buy some myself. evening primrose helps with cm also i have some but i havent used it so again im no help for u maybe u could help me!

i used the clearblue fertility monitor this month found it very good it picked up
ovulation cd23 although that was after 20something highs but apparently thats the monitor getting used to ur cycles and itl be better the second month.

:dust: x

I'm a little behind you I think.. I'm on CD5... I'll be testing on dec 11th most likely. I'm trying evening primrose this cycle to see what it does :) good lluck!

Hi i would love to join you. I am planning testing at the earliest 12th December!

x

:xmas10: Christmas :dust: to all of us!!!!!! I read on a few online articles, one of which was a reliable source, that drinking rasberry leaf tea up until ovulation helps to tone the uterine walls so that our little bean can stick to it easier :) Im starting on the evening primrose today as well.
My only concern at this point is my weight, Im nearing thirty and when I was in my late teens I started to lose mega weight, right now my bmi is under by two points, but no matter what I do I cant put on weight! (im talking I could eat two apple pies, a box of icecream and a bowl of chocolate bars and the only difference it makes is new pizza face in the morning).

I started to drink protein shakes though and apparently the stuff I use is good for adding "mass" lol, so we'll see how that goes.

forgot to mention! Im also starting to do a tablespoon of honey w/ cinnamon, I heard this helps with cm as well?
:)

hi I will join though I will be testing on the 21st so am hoping I get my bfp for christmas . that tickled me about the sperm test dont think my husband would do that just yet, but I use opks and just started taking primrose oil. dom. know how well it works for conception but has not really helped with period pain like it says. I shall look up raspberry leaf tea later not heard of that, but my and my husband take omega 3. and apparently it helps his swimmers swim better. not told him thats why im giving it to him lol but anything that helps eh? baby dust to us all x

I started my december baby cycle yesterday :( so ill join but how long is your cycle length usually? mine pretty long last month i O'd at CD20!!!!! hoping to bring that forward with agnus caster.

xxx

my cycle is 32 days so Im interested to see which day I 'o' on

I'm on CD6. This is my 2nd IUI cycle, I go Tuesday for a monitoring u/s and bloodwork.

I have a fairly short cycle (23-25 days) so I'll be looking to test Dec 8th, with IUI possibly this Thursday.

The length of my luteal phase concerns me a bit (9-13 days).

I am brand new to the forum. I am so excited to find your post. I ran and got my calendar and am supposed to get AF on the 14th! I may not be able to hold out. I may test on the 11th just to see, but I will for sure be your buddy :) This will by my 6th month TTC. How long for you?
My husband is going to be getting tested soon. He had an injurey to his baby makers when he was a child. Bit by a dog, wasn't a good situation. We are hoping that there wasn't any long term damage. Fingers crossed. He is supposed to go in next week.
We tried Preseed last month for the first time. I liked it. I know three different people that got pregnant using it either the first or second month.
I have also been using OPK. My doctor said you release the egg 12 hours after your initial positive. I think we have been BDing to early. We are going to wait a bit this month.
I have my DH taking zinc, multi, fish oil and calcium. He has been very open to anything.
I am going to try my best this month to not stress and just enjoy it. Good luck to all.

:hugs: Excellent! the more the merrier, we've been NTNP for five years, after a few "scares" this past year and after the most recent one last month NTNP has been bumped to officially TTC, so I guess TTC #1st month. Im excited to get the pre-seed, although I just tracked it online and it miiight be here the day I "o" :dohh: oh well. Im still doing the other stuff at home with the supplements etc, I also just read that low iron can cause infertile environments, and I know I have low iron (not officially anemic but my Dr said my count was 40 or something, and the lowest norm I think was 220 or something like that) so in any case I decided to start taking my iron supplement again.

The hubby smokes also so I dont know about his swimmers, today he decided to start a better multi-vitamin so we'll see.
Thanks for the timeline for the "o" :) as I am clueless at this point on the whole opk process.
Fx that your mans':spermy: swimmers are healthy and energetic!!!!

I should clarify, I think technically we're ttc#2 month (last month we "lazily" tried)

I wondered for a long time though why its been five years and nothings happened (we have NOT been careful -ever-) So I guess thats why Im so amped about sharing fertility boosting tips, fx'd that it works for us all !! December bfps here we come!!!!

Count me in :)
AF came tonight after a long 51 days. Should I count today as Day 1 or tomorrow? Noticed AF around 10 pm

count me innnnnnnnnnnnn...well, I'm still awaiting AF though my cycles are all over the place...i think they range from 28 - 35 days...hmmm...which reminds me i should change my ticker...

whoopie to December BFP!

Count me in too! I will test around the 14th. This will be cycle no.3 of ttc and I am a woman on a mission this month!! Last two months I think I have been doing my opks wrong, and not BD nearly enough. So. This month we are doing SMEP. Anyone else doing this? I was reading up about it last night, and its worth a shot I reckon! Fingers crossed for everyone!

Count me in too! I'm taking soy and metformin. Praying for a BPF for Xmas!

I will hop on board. I just started AF today. but my cycles run from 40-50 days!! man so i wont O till probably like dec 19Th or abouts, but that means i could still find out for xmas (maybe) or new years! yay!

You should count the next day. I'm seeing a fertility specialist (since I'm doing this solo) and they count CD1 as the full flow by 5pm.

This is only my second month trying to conceive. I'm doing this solo, so no partner to go through this with, though I have tons of support from my sister. I'm keeping it as a surprise to my parents until something actually works, I don't want to get their hopes up and my mom would make the TWW unbearable. I'm sure she'd have me POAS every day and report to her. She just gets really excited about grandkids.

I go in Tuesday for my monitoring u/s, a CD earlier than last time. The first time I went in at CD12 and my LH had already been rising naturally. Even though my largest follicle was only 15mm I was told to administer the trigger shot and come in the next day for IUI. So this time they want to check earlier to see if they can catch me before my natural LH surge. Might be a Thanksgiving day IUI!
