I just had poached egg on toast for brekkie... It was nice but I need to perfect my eggs as I cooked them for too long!
all in one breakfast omelette
25g lean back bacon (could use turkey also id say)
1 tbsp of sunflower oil
100g mushroom sliced
1 tomato sliced
2 eggs
2 tbsp of skimmed milk
salt & ground pepper
propoints per recipe is 7
calories per serving (all of this) 315
I wouldve never thought people thought eggs was bad for them, they low in calories and good for protein arnt they?
