February & March 2022 miracles

4w2d today and not much of anything as far as symptoms go. I still have some pain in my lower right abdomen, some increased clear discharge and lower back pain.

I scheduled my first ob appointment for next week, but it will be a phone call only (due to COVID, half the normal apps will be via phone). I'm quite relieved as I hate hate hate going to a drs office and I feel like all the apps are waaaaaayyyy too much, but if I don't attend them all, I don't get pregnancy leave...

@DaTucker congratulations and welcome to our thread.

@Trixiebell good luck with your scan, I've not even seen anyone yet, 14th July is my first app, seems ages away.

@Bloblo how exciting 3 under 3, you will be kept on your toes for sure.

@Lucy3 still can't believe we are due the same day as of now. How exciting my bump buddy :)

@SuperwomanTTC good luck for your labs, Im also quite spotty, but I always suffer from acne so not much change lol hoping I go opposite and get clear skin in pregnancy.

I'm also on to baby #3, my youngest is 9 so completely starting again for me. Can't remember what it's like to be pregnant or have a baby around ha.

My stomach is starting to bloat out, not much for people to notice but I certainly have. Probably start doing bump/bloat pics when I hit 7 weeks. Not many symptoms still though, slightly sore boobs and constantly tired. Still no sickness, not a bad thing I suppose. Getting a few aches here and there but nothing major.

Another long shift for me today, glad to be home, think bath and bed is in order for me

@Lucy3 we sure do! I love this age difference! The fighting between my 7 and 4 year old is exhausting, but 7 is soooo good with my 2 year old. I bet this time will be no different!

I’m 5 weeks tomorrow and slightly nervous. I’ve had no symptoms yet and had a chemical last cycle so I’m a little on edge, especially as I’m usually seeing a fertility specialist at this point. I did take another test today and it was so strong the test line pulled almost all the dye so that was reassuring!
That being said, at what week is the first appointment usually scheduled for? I see a few of you have already had it or have it scheduled soon, but someone told me it’s usually not until 8 to 12 weeks. My fertility doctor kept me under his care until week 12 so I don’t know how this works. I’m calling tomorrow to set up an appointment but just don’t want to get my hopes up that I’ll be in next week!

Loving the introductions! I’m from Melbourne Australia and have a 5 year old girl and 7 year old boy. Feels like soooo long ago since I was pregnant or had a baby! Still very little symptoms here, sore bbs and bloated and occasional waves of nausea/sensitive nose but still waiting for the full on nausea to start. I think it will as with my other 2 I was so sick. For memory it was closer to 7 weeks when it kicked in.
I’ve had one GP visit and got bloods taken so get them back tomorrow, hope they’re all good! Haven’t booked the first OB visit yet, think I’ll try and wait till 10+ weeks.
Excited to share this journey with you lovely ladies <3

Well I’ve got my first appointment scheduled for July 22! It seems so far away.
How is everybody feeling today? Still no symptoms for me, I wonder how long it will last? My last pregnancy was miserable. I was sick to my stomach every day until the day I gave birth.

Yay for your appointment! I’m seeing the GP this afternoon to get my blood results from last week. I’m a bit nervous!
I still have no nausea which is weird as with my last one I was so sick! Mine finished around 16 weeks though. That’s horrible that yours lasted the whole pregnancy- hope it’s different This time

@DaTucker my appointment is 14th july, I feel your pain for how far away it is lol. Are you in the UK? I'm sorry your last pregnancy was bad with sickness, fingers crossed this one isn't bad for you.

@Lucy3 good luck at gp. I still have no sickness either, shouldn't complain lol it will probably hit us in a week

Not much to report from me, my kids have just over 3 weeks left at school, actually looking forward to their summer holiday, mostly so I don't have to get up early for school run
Although it's my eldest daughters last year in primary school and will be going up to high school in September, I don't feel ready for her to grow up hahaha

Hope everyone is well

That’s good to hear you’re not feeling sick yet @VictoriaMay . I keep thinking it will hit me but not yet!
GP went well, my hcg level at 5 weeks was 2020 which I think is ok, but I don’t have any expertise with it so any insight would be great! She gave me a referral for an early scan as she said to do that before the blood test for abnormalities so I’ll book that in for 8 weeks.
Hope everyone is doing well? This early stage of pregnancy is so tricky isn’t it!

Im doing ok today, no symptoms (unless you count moodiness and cravings for cup-a-soup during a heatwave). It's worrying me a bit, but I am also glad to feel well as I am spending my whole day running after a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old. Don't feel pregnant, so just waiting for it to sink in I guess... its weird...

@Bloblo you need to go and pick a pregnancy ticker! Are you 4 weeks? It still hasn’t sunk in that I’m pregnant, I’m hoping it does when I get a scan as st the moment just feels like a bit of a dream!

You are so right! Did it now :haha:
Im 4w4d. Also just waiting for that first scan. I guess it will only be around week 8 to 10.

@VictoriaMay I’m in the US! It’s crazy how different each country does everything! It’s even different state to state over here sometimes.

@Lucy3 8 weeks is so close for you! I can’t wait to start seeing everybody’s scans!

@Bloblo I don’t feel pregnant at all either! The only thing that makes me know for sure is that I feel so relaxed lol. I have a chemical imbalance that can keep me pretty moody but whenever I’m pregnant I feel so calm, relaxed, and normal. Nothing has been phasing me lol.

I found out my usual OBGYN has retired from delivering babies so I had to choose someone new. We had a great relationship with our last doctor so I’m very nervous!

@Trixiebell I’m so happy your scan went well and you got to hear the heartbeat.

I just took my second HCG lab. Now I have to try to relax for 24 hours until I get the results. My first ultrasound is July 8th so I’m really trying my best to be patient.

Hi ladies hope it's ok to read through, I followed a lot of you through the ttc post and would be wonderful to see your pregnancies progress, I'm on baby 7 so any insight I can give I will happily help (I won't keep butting in tho) xx

@Trixiebell aww yay!! And how good is that you get put forward a week!

@Bloblo love your new ticker!

@Catmumof4 come over anytime. For me the last 2 pregnancies happened when we bd once 2 days before o and it happened to be on a weekend so we were having more fun (and a few wines). It’s probably coincidence but when we’ve been timing and bd like clockwork just didn’t work for us.
