Every kid has their moments. But if they have boundries they won't get out of control. It's not easy and I can see why people would just give up trying thinking their child is out of control. But they are out of control because the parent wasn't giving them limits. Or was giving in and showing the child they have all the power. That's awesome your son is being so good. Maybe he can knock some sense into her haha. You should go over to the other mom and be like "see that's how a child should act "

Yeah exactly... I would but she just disappeared don't know where and her daughter is here running around like crazy. People like that should get reported. If she doesn't come soon I'm going to go to the cops right across the room and tell them that the mother left her child unattended.

Morning everyone... So I never took any bc... So the weird things is the digi showed a Not pregnant when I tested yesterday like 6 pm. I did hold myself for like 3 hours. But now I read that the digi's aren't the best in accuracy. AF should be visiting on the 10th but I usually get severe pain in my left leg before AF arrives. I haven't got that yet. Don't even know what to think.

All these PTs are super expensive. I was looking on amazon but not sure how to get ovulation kits and PTs without burning a hole in my pocket. Suggestions anyone..

Dont think i welcomed you yet! Sorry! Digitals have a lower sensitivity than FRERs. So it would take longer to get a positive on a digital. They are about 25 mIU where FRERs can go all the way down to 6 mIU. (The smaller the number the more sensitive) I use wondofos for early testing. They are considered Internet cheapies (ic) you can find them on amazon. Or Walmart has 88 cent tests that alot of people use too. The expensive ones I use for confirmation. First response 6 day sooner are the most sensitive tests out there but they are expensive. So if you get a positive on a wondofo or something like it, then you use the frer. Or digital. I used to only buy cb digi because I like to have no doubt whether it's positive or not but now that I test more I use cheaper ones. You will go broke using digi or FRERs only lol. As for opks, I've heard good things about the cb digi one but it seems like the cheap wondofos work just as good.

Oh and first morning urine is the most concentrated so try testing with that and you might get a different result

Great info. I am going to stock up on wondofos! Thanks for explaining it to me. I heard that the dollar store ones are 25 mIU too but they were all out near the one close to my house. I'll probably stalk the dollar store near work at lunch time and see if I can hunt some down.

Maybe I shld test again after October 14th incase AF doesn't arrive on the 10th. I hate waiting...

Yes the waiting is the worst! I thought I would get pregnant first try and it has been 6 months now.. with 1 confirmed loss and 1 possible. Ttc is definitely not easy emotionally. And all the money wasted kills me. But it will all be worth it in the end. FX it happens quick for you!

Ok so I just went hunting for PKs. Found them at the family dollar store that was shutting down. Scored 4 Pks for $10... Not bad compared to the digi ones I got yesterday 2 for $15 yikes...!

I want the wondofo ones from amazon but my sister in law has amazon prime and I dont want her to know we are actively trying... But then I want them like at my doorstep like...like umm today... lol..

Haha I know what you mean. I am so not patient. I believe they do a free 30 day trial if you haven't done it before. Order them with the trial and then cancel it. Haha

Hey RexMom! It has been awhile! I live in CT and thankfully we never saw any effects of the hurricane. They were predicting some nasty stuff but it never came. Hope everything is okay there!

Gina, how are you? Sorry it's been so long since I've checked in...It's been a crazy week at work. A co-worker is quitting so I've been training on picking up some of his responsibilities in addition to my own. It's a lot of stress but I'm hoping they remember all the extra work I did when I tell them I'm pregnant in another month My first appointment is tomorrow morning so I'll definitely post how it went tomorrow evening! I feel like I've already gained weight, my pants are really starting to fit tighter, and the nausea isn't as bad. How is everything with you?

AFM I'm waiting for the next cycle. Don't feel like I'm pregnant at all this month. Hoping I'm wrong but my gut is usually right. But I decided next month will be perfect. I will get to announce on Christmas to my family like I planned in the first place. So next month I am pulling out all the stops. Using opks, eating right, no caffeine or alcohol, lingerie if I have to. Whatever it takes to get hubby to be able to get his mind off his hip. If all that doesn't work I give up and will accept the fact we aren't meant to have kids right now and we will go back to ntnp.

Yes it still doesn't really feel real lol. I just hope that everything goes well and baby is healthy! I plan on telling my family at Christmas too! I'm sure I'll be showing by then, especially since my abdomen already feels so swollen! I'll just wear baggy clothes until we break the news lol.

I'm so keeping my fingers crossed for you! I'll be brainstorming to think of ways to increase your success rate next month lol. Have you used that fertilaid stuff? And isn't eating pineapple core supposed to help?
