first cycle actively trying (June 2015)

I don't know how you are doing it mini. My goal was every other day and we have been doing it ever 3 days instead. Between the stress he is putting on himself, exhaustion, and either one of us being in pain it makes it so hard to stick to a schedule. I feel like you should definitely feel confident this month!

Ttcdfw your symptoms Def sound promising. I hate when they can all be explained with other things. Thinking positive never hurts though!

Still having Symptoms, but only 9-10DPO.

I am going to start charting this cycle (If I don't get a BFP), so that I can better pinpoint O day. Hopefully those swimmers made the race this month though!!

Well, this is the first month where we have been sticking to that every other day schedule and honestly it's tough. Probably won't happen that way next month, so all the more reason to hope that this month is our lucky one.

I had a dream the other night that I was breastfeeding my baby. Hopefully my subconscious knows something I dont! :)

I planned for every other day but - so far only BD 3x this cycle! It's tough - DH puts a lot of pressure on himself and, honestly, we just have never been that 'active'! Maybe when we were younger....lol

How is everyone today?
Gina, the dream sounds intriguing!

I am a little crampy today - my temp still remained high though not quite as high as yesterday. We shall see! I stayed at a friend's house today keeping her company while contractors were doing some work....made the day go by fast!

Tomorrow I have nothing planned - gonna have to think of something to do! Maybe it's time for me to work on my closet project?! Nahhhh.....

I'm still sick. Believe it's actually my wisdom tooth. They have all come in but somehow one got infected. Been fighting a fever and lots of pain the past two days.

We have only successfully BD'd twice this time. Done it 4 times but twice DH couldn't finish. but it only takes 1 time so maybe. This 2WW is gonna go so slow! I'm sure you will find something to do tomorrow. Time to rewash all the sheets again haha.

Oh man! That's terrible about your wisdom tooth - did you not have to have any out? Lucky! Hopefully it clears up soon!

Yes it definitely only takes 1x so you're still in the running!

And um...no sheet rewashing - at least til Friday! :haha::haha:

Hi everyone! I've been following along for the past few days and would like to join this thread. I am 31 and so is my DH. We have been NTNP since February and at least three of those months we BD'd at least once during my fertile period with all BFNs. We decided a year ago that we would start actively trying in July and here we are. I ovulated on CD15 (I think) and we BD'd on cycle day 9 and every day CD12-16. Hoping for a BFP but prepared for more months of trying if need be (I think DH would love that!)

I haven't had any out. My dentist has given me referrals to get them out like 3 times just because they are hard to take care of but they never bothered me so I didn't want to go through it. But maybe now I will have to...

Welcome! Sounds like you have a good chance of a BFP! Keep us updated! FX'd!

Hi ladies, just dropping in to wish you good luck this cycle. This thread had a 1 in 3 success rate last cycle so hope it's lucky again.

LOL! need to stock my chocolate reserve!

Welcome to the new ones:hugs:
Im CD10 and am gonna start to BD every other day until O.

For the ones in TWW, feel free to share your symptom spotting...:happydance:I want to know everything!!

Have a lovely day!!

Hi ladies! Nothing much to report from me yet. I haven't tracked O since Saturday because I ran out of tests and haven't gotten to the store to buy more, but still trying to BD every other day through this week. AF is due on the 26th so I guess I'm officially in my TWW! So nervous.

I don't think I'll be having any symptoms. I've been told it will take a week or two for my tooth to stop being in pain. I think that will keep me from noticing anything. Hopefully that won't affect implantation at all!

mininun, good luck! Keeping calm and positive works wonders!
Gina, i have use clove oil before for tooth ache and camomille tea with great results.
What worked for my boyfriend is a cotton soaked in whisky pressed against his gum for a couple of minutes....not sure if you will give a try...
Im home alone cause my boyfriend has a bbq from his work...Im gonna try to put a masque on my dry hair and maybe even wear something sexy tonight....to put more enthousiasm in BDing.. wish me luck!

Thanks Esperanza, I might give those a try. I've just been taking pain meds to try to manage the pain and swelling.

You gotta still put in that effort or it will start to feel like you're robots only after one thing. Hope he likes it! :)

Good luck, Esperanza! Gina, tooth pain is the worst, but Esperanza had some great suggestions. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Haha last month I was soo extra sensitive to every twinge in my body, thinking it could be a sign of implantation. I had cramping for a few days before my last BFN that I hoped would be a good sign and when AF showed up and it taught me not to be so sensitive.

HOWEVER, in the spirit of fun, I will share my TWW so far:thumbup:
-mild cramping on days 4,5 dpo
-a spot of bright red blood when I wiped (tmi!) on 5dpo. Nothing since then
-nothing on days 6, 7 dpo
-mild nausea all day today (8dpo), though I should say I have a very soft stomach and its always acting up so this isn't too far out of the range of normal for me

I am the same way. The first month we tried it was great because I didn't know all the signs. So I would feel something and look it up and find out it was a pregnancy sign. I had a chemical pregnancy that month. The first thing I noticed that month was an increased sex drive. My libido is usually pretty low other than around O but that month I was insatiable. Finding that to be happening again this month. Even with being in pain. Hoping it's a good sign and not just because of how much we have been BDing haha.
