email mam on [email protected] and say you havent recieved your soothers and they will reply asking for your name address and what size and colour you want, they then post a pack of 2 soothers of your choice out the same day, i asked for unisex ones and had some really cute 'tiny' ones they are clear with a mint green cupcake on one and a heart on the other - well worth the email
