Got my BFP :)

Hi everyone. Im glad to be joining. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo but today its alot more visible. I am 3w5d. This is baby #6. We have 3 angels.

I have a cold and im congested. Besides tea and honey and vicks and halls, what else is safe?
