yay! i got through! 35 mins in total, and me talking to the bloke woke her up! grrrrrr!

I wrote them a letter in the end (was 20 mins on hold and gave up) as I refuse to pay for premium rate numbers for government services. I am poor
Needless to say they haven't answered the letter which I sent 2 weeks ago, I only need a form sent to me!!!! GRRR!!
