Help!! how do i do pictures?

Can anyone tell me how to add pictures into my posts? in simple terms!! i am trying to add some pictures to my parenting journal but cant figure it out

click go advance (next to post quick reply) then chlick on the little paperclip icon which should appear near top of that bit and it should take u to manage attachments

thanks for reply. i have done that. I then click browse, find the picture and click upload and nothing happens?
