How to add a poll to an existing thread?

How do we add a poll to an already existing thread? I thought there was an option when you went to edit the first post but i can't seem to see it

Im not sure you can....but admin might now better. I will point this out....

Go to the thread > In 'Thread Tools' (top right of your first post) you'll see 'Add a Poll to this Thread'
