How we all coping ? Little chat ?

I've got the next2me crib upstairs and moses basket downstairs for now. I don't want baby in our room too long, I was thinking 6 months max?

I co slept with my first and she was such a pain to get out of my bed! So once my second came along, he never ever slept in my bed, just a moses basket then a cot until he turned 15 months and went straight into a bunk bed with DD and they loved it!

This time DD will be in her own room, and the boys will share, the baby will be in his cot in our room until hes about 15 months, then into a bunk bed with his brother! Same as last time really and it worked well

I’ve just had a thought.
Bubs has been measuring 3/4 weeks behind the whole time, so at 37 weeks I was measuring 33.5cm.
However I feel like he’s definitely grown since my last appointment because I can feel his bum haha. Or at least what feels like a bum, quite high up and his head is fully engaged.

So my question is-
If he suddenly measures perfect so say 38cm on Friday I’ll be almost 39 weeks, will they be happy with that or will I need a growth scan if he’s suddenly jumped up ?

I think they'll send you for a growth scan. I'm sure if it changes by 2cm they want you to get scanned, because they stop following the trend they have been. That's what my midwife told me when I was sent for my scan at 37 weeks. I had been measuring bang on every week then measured 35cm at 37 weeks xx

I’ve never had a growth scan so not sure. How are you feeling being fully engaged? I’m 2/5’s today and it’s so uncomfortable. It can’t be long for you now if you are fully.

I loved co-sleeping with my ds2 but it was a struggle moving him into his own bed and then getting him to stay there. We’ve cracked that now so hoping it stays that way. I still have to lie on his floor next to him until he falls asleep though but its normally only 10 mins or so.

This time I think I need her in her own bed ASAP for the sake of ds2 as I think he’d find it hard knowing she was with us. And also because I dont want the same issues of getting her out of our bed. Problem is I do love having them next to me in bed and it’s so much easier for breast feeding.

Baby boy is fully engaged, and the pain is awful! I was hoping with it being my 3rd and they say 3rd babies tend to full engage while in labour that it would have been the case, but hes been full engaged for a little while now and it's a struggle, I literally feel his head on my cervix whenever I sit down! So ready for it to be over with! 9 days left!!!

So last night I inserted EPO, as usual, but the last couple of nights I can’t get it far in, it’s as though the once never ending tunnel is now very short.
Lmao.
Does that make sense, I push them in as far up as possible but I can’t get them far whatsoever x

Hi all, 38 +1 today and ready for this to be done with. Last time with DS had lots of mucus plug by now and mild contractions and delivered on Saturday. This time no sign of labour at all : sign:
Me and DH has been having sex every day since Monday, with nipple stimulations and all, no help.
Fingers crossed I will see baby soon

I can't believe I've made it to November! At least I definitely know that sometime this month, my little man will be here! This year has flown by it's scary! And to think I've been pregnant for most of it good luck to everyone who's having babies this month! 8 more days!

I can’t believe it’s November and I’m due a baby and I’m still not ready for him haha!!
I need to spend this weekend packing bags and sorting things out.

Hahaha I've been pretty laid back this time around with most things but it was only my hospital stint at 30 weeks that gave me that push to get my bags packed in case he came early, don't know why I bothered I want to re wash every thing now it's been sat in a suitcase for 9 weeks x

Ah it's so exciting, this is our month. I hope within the next week we're all posting photos of our little bundles of joy!! I'm getting the weekend out the way then it's operation evacuate baby haha x

More bloody contractions again, every 5 minuites I was counting for and now I've been distracted and forgot to pop my timer on a few times, they are definitely starting to get more painful than they have been, however I'm not doubled over in pain, then I don't usually... contractions don't bother me until around 7 or 8cms! Probably another false alarm as it has been all this time! Period pain to the absolute max right now too! Not going to worry about it, I'll soon know if it's the real deal, I just have to pop to Tesco's first, maybe I'll have my baby in there?

Haha every time I go somewhere I panic that labour will start and start quickly. I think all those birth stories of third babies coming quickly are constantly in my mind.

I hope it’s the real deal for you this time hlx as you’ve had such a horrible time. Can’t believe your little man didn’t come in october.

Happy birth month everyone!!! Does it worry anyone about having a Scorpio?? My brothers a Scorpio and I don’t like some of the personality traits so I’m hoping it’s all BS
