Im just worried it's actually my weight and nothing else.

She said they'll call me back and then they'll schedule a bunch of test. Once the tests are done then I'll meet with a specialist to go over the results

I'm overweight and I still ov.
Weight can affect ov.
But maybe the tests will help u rule stuff out?
Which could be good too
Or find something small that's easy fix.

Thanks Hun. They just called and it's not that expensive so I don't feel as bad and I'll just be really on top of my weight and hopefully I can loose some while we get this figured out.

May I ask how long it took to conceive your 3 year old? I'm 29 year old. and now it's been around 5/6 months trying, I didn't know that one does not conceive immediately, i thought that everyone conveived easily!!!

It's really hard, I mean I changed many things from my lifestyle I even went far as to replace my beauty products and chose the natural ones! I now even use natural soap instead of bubble baths! All that effort and I hope that one day it pays...

it's still healthier anyway, the only thing that i would change is energy drinks, i drink around 1 to 2 daily, but am drinking the most natural of them all which is Go and Fun that even has Ginseng which i found out online that it is healthy for fertility. I did a whole month without caffeine (was very tired without that bit of boost) and then seeing that it was for nothing i mean it was a bit devastating. then i went back to drinking energy drinks daily.

Lilesmom: yeah moving is a big step and I was scared at first but I love my dh and he us wonderful in so many ways. It doesn't mean that when you have children you have everything in common. It's hard to find friends and then let alone some with children at your child's age. Thanks I will message if I need someone to talk. ^^ need someone in my boat. And I've noticed that the Irish are very closed off... Germans are also very rude and ignorent though so the niceness and politeness is quite refreshing ^^

Mrs.green 2015- have you ever tried vitex? It's helped a lot of people get their cycles in order and helped with getting them to ovulate. I hear it's good. Maybe that will help until you can get an app. With the specialist. I hope it doesnt take long until the one though.

Ttcn15: hahah I know what you mean. I'm not using tampons anymore because they don't let you shed your uterine lining and that is important to do to get pregnant. The energy drinks aren't good though. . I don't know about go and fun was it? But I just know they can be really bad with fertility. Do you like coffee? Thats a healthier way to get caffeine and not ruin your chances. Just not too much. I think only 200 mg of caffeine or was it ml? Not sure but I think that was it. When do you dtd? Around ovulation or every 3 days? Me and DH tried the around ovulation but my doc told me that isn't good because if your man doesn't ejaculate then the sperm will die before coming out and that can make the semen not good. It's healthier and better for his swimmers if you have sex every two or three days.

Which is what we are trying this month. It's so annoying not getting anywhere though. I keep seeing baby's and baby's everywhere and now I'm daydreaming and dreaming about them. I'm going insane with all this.

First time ttc I conceived on third cycle.
But I wasn't sure of my ovulation timing and bd timing then
That ended in mc
Then I conceived my son first try.
Then my next two preg were first try
Both mc.
Then possible chemical on my first try this year.
Last month no joy.
I used to get preg fast.
But getting sticky bean is my problem.
I had incomplete mc last time so half afraid it might hve changed things for me
But hope not.

I don't drink, smoke or do anything too bad with regards ttc.
I live the tww like I am preg.
The one thing in finding hard to kick is Pepsi max.
I mostly don't drink it now
But I still do sometimes.
I love red bull too
But haven't drank it in years.
Caffeine is def recommended to be limited
But I do know its hard.
Especially when we feel like its for nothing
When ugly af arrives.
Hope she leaves us all alone for awhile now xxx

Its worked fast for me a lot of times .
Close to what ur doing anyway
But with a bit more focus.

I know my initial mistakes were I didn't know my cycle and ov time.
I didn't know before ov is way better than during or after for bd.
I didn't know to make sure to do it 2 or 3 days once before u need to,
So sperm is fresh.
Don't use regular lube
I stay lying down for 10 or 15 mins after.
Drs will say it doesn't matter
But if u hve iui, u stay lying so.....
Also is u can come after OH does,
I think it helps swimmers,
I often do this myself After bd

I'm thinking u prob know all these.
Or have ur own system going
But just in case, any of it might be useful xxx

Maybe you are low on that and that could be possible why it keeps ending up in mc.

I just hope this works out for us this month.

Velathria Irish people especially in smaller more rural places can be quite closed off.
I'm from my area originally and I find them that way.
I moved away for over 11 years
And find it a little weird sometimes being back.

Mmh sometimes I come after dh becomes he comes pretty quickly but hasn't helped. But I think laying down for a while might be a good idea. Although alot of it I read that it doesn't help apparently and that the ones that get through will get through.

Maybe I will try that and see if it works.

I don't think its progesterone
Cos I usually hve mmc.
Bub dies, then I bleed.
I don't spot at all
So I'm thinking if it was progesterone was low
I should bleed first, then lose bub.
My first mc was blighted ovum
The other two were behind on growth from day 1
Drs reckon chromosome problem
I will ask my dr to check my progesterone thus time though.
Just in case.
Cos its an easy enough fix if its that.

Iui is artifical insemination, I'm not sure what letters stand for ,
They come from b and b, its the American version of it,
When they inject sperm, they make u stay lying down for 20 mins I think
Not to be fighting gravity
From my friend who had them and ivf


Smep is sperm meet egg plan.
Start bd day 8.
Skip every second day until day 12,
So bd, 8 , 10, 12
Then bd 3 days in a row.
But u can adjust it for late or early ov
Keeps swimmers fresh but doesn't deplete them too much I think

Said she was low on progesterone got a referral for my son today for speech assessment been waiting for that for a while. He is a bit behind on his speech development. Hope this helps him. He will be starting preschool in sept.

They tend to do his in blocks
We would go every week for maybe 6 weeks.
Then a few months gap.
My gran nephew recently was assesed and told he need it.
But waiting list is 12-18 months my niece was told
