iPhone - Anyone getting redirected when clicking on a thread ?

It's been a known problem for iphone/ipad users all over the internet but not related to BabyandBump.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Click the home button on your iPhone to get to the home screen with all of the applications
  2. Double-click the home button to bring up the application switcher tray (see https://support.apple.com/kb/HT4211)
  3. Tap and hold on Safari until it jiggles, then pressing the red minus button to quit it (see https://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137)
  4. Click the home button to return to the application launcher screen
  5. Tap on Settings
  6. Scroll down to Safari, tapping on that, and scrolling down and tapping "Clear Cookies & Data" (see https://support.apple.com/kb/HT1677)
  7. Avoid visiting the site you got the special cookie from in the future

Could someone take a screen shot for me please! Just want to alert the tech team anyway.

I've definitely not visited any dodgy sites so I don't know where the cookie would've come from?

It doesn't have to be a 'dodgy' site . On Apples website many users are reporting the same issue.

Have just reported this to the tech team for any further advice they may have.

I just followed the instructions and came back to babyandbump without visiting any other site and it went to it as soon as I tried to click on third tri! I've done it again and it's ok so far.

Ah ok
I've just followed this instructions so will let you know if it keeps happening :)

I think like a PC it takes time to clear them not a split second ... I do say 'think' because I'm honestly a little dippy on this stuff

I will let you know if I get any further advice.

It's just done it again and I've not visited any other sites. :nope:

You said that couple of replies back lol ... Replied to that above hun.

At this stage all I know is these ads have been a reported problem for all iphone users (to my knowledge) and there are various threads on the apple forum.

Will keep you informed.

Links and screen shots were great, thank you ladies x

Yes thank you I saw your reply after I posted. I meant it had done it a second time. I'm going to go and check out the apple website now.

This has been happening all day to me on my iPhone.

Please can you sort.
