Hi ladies,

I'm new in this post and just wanted to introduce myself, we're TTC and i think I ovulated 2 days ago although I've just come off of the pill last month so I'm a bit rusty with remembering the signs! My pelvic area and lower back have been aching like mad the last 3 days so I'm guessing it might be ovulation.

Thank you! I also got super faint lines with a four hour hold diluted sample which rarely happens for me so I'm quietly hoping the extra progesterone is doing the trick

I found out today I need a CT scan on my lymph nodes and spleen as it’s enlarged. They asked me if I could be pregnant and I told them possibly but it would be too early to tell. They said the scan won’t be for another week or so and to take a test the day before. However, if I’m only 7dpo maybe a test wouldn’t show up positive by then? I am dubious about if I’ve conceived this cycle anyway but wouldn’t want all that radiation potentially harming anything.
(It’s not anything life threatening to me, doctor said that if I am pregnant then it’s totally okay and I’ll just have to have an ultrasound on my spleen a couple of times during pregnancy instead)

Okay so I’m 99% sure I’m out this cycle getting waves of bad period pains, enough to make me need to curl my legs up to my chest to try to relieve them. They last about a minute each and just come and go in waves. I’m pretty sure AF will arrive soon, meaning my LP will have been less than 10 days again

You're sure it's not your spleen? My sister just had nine consecutive hospitalizations due to a painfully enlarged/lesions on the spleen.

Yeah it’s definitely period pains, even got diarrhoea to accompany them I’m about to go try and sleep, terrified to take my temp in the morning

I had a temp spike this morning which is strange! Scared I’m being pushed into a false sense of security with the cramping yesterday and the temp spike today. I was so sure AF was on her way, now I don’t know. Think I’ll be absolutely crushed if she does show up though

Your temps are looking really positive. I know it can be hit and miss but if you're not on progesterone making your temps stay high then I'd say it's a good sign. When are you planning on testing? Or are you waiting for af due date?

No not on progesterone so I’m hoping it’s a good sign! I’m waiting until Friday when I’ll be 10dpo as that’s the earliest I got a very faint positive with my oldest and my angel son. And then every day until AF shows or I get a proper strong BFP. I’m just hoping this wasn’t a fluke and it doesn’t drop right down tomorrow

Eagerly awaiting testing. AF is due on the 8th the 27th, 28th and 29th were the tail end of my fertile window. And didn't know that when my man came up from NY to see me as a surprise. Started getting really bad cramps Monday and Tuesday, and had little bit of light brown light pink spotting which stopped yesterday and was like once or twice when I wiped. I never spot like that. And cramps are gone. Now I've got nausea so fingers are crossed!!

This is our first official ttw..eekkkk.... im currently 4dpo and i think i may be going crazy already, these 2 weeks are going to seem like they are lasting forever and not jumping the gun and testing early is gunna be a struggle,lol. however i am noticing i still have cramps which i dont think i normally do.. but maybe im just noticing them this month. AF is due on the 15th (3 days after my birthday) do i test on my birthday in hope of being lucky???

Cookie, fingers crossed your temps don't dip, but if they do, try not to worry as in pregnancy they do this anyway. As long as they're above the cover line then that's good. Even some pregnancy charts dip below the cover line at times though!
I'm annoyed that Superdrug have discontinued their early tests. And hoping I still have some lines tomorrow. They were a little more clear today but wouldn't photograph fabulous which was frustrating

Uhm....... not sure what to make of this.....

Temp dipped and I have brown spotting when I wipe. However......

Do you think it’s another chemical? I’ve never had spotting this early during any of my pregnancies before.

I had spotting with all my children. It's really common and probably just from implantation, especially if brown ish in colour. Congratulations!

I got my progesterone level results back and on my letter it states that average levels during luteal phase are between 5.8-75.9nmol/L, mine are 105.7nmol/L! I totally wasn't expecting this, I was completely and utterly expecting them to be low despite being on the pessaries, because after a lot of Googling apparently it's only the injectable progesterone that affects blood results. So I don't know what to make of these slightly higher levels. I had to pee at 4am so what would have been a good overnight hold turned into a sad little hold which resulted in barely there lines on ICs, a faint blue line on an untrustworthy CB early, and what looks like an indent on a FRER. So I guess I will have to wait till tomorrow to see what's happening as I could be in for another chemical or it could have just been because I used up my good pee reserves before I tested
