It should dry a bit less wrinkly, but the intention was to Mod Podge the paper lampshade with scrapbooking paper and have it look a bit like cloth.
/sigh I have too much time on my hands... that or nervous energy, I can't decide which. So now I need a small black lamp base that I can attach more of the green ribbon to, and I'll Mod Podge a few picture frames and buy the bedding set either:
