Last night I watched this new show on conception and embryo development on the Science Channel, Life Before Birth. The conception part was very interesting! It does a very detailed look at the sperm's journey. It definite helped me better understand WHY it can be so hard for that spermie to get there sometimes.
Highly recommend it if you can find it on the Science Channel. (Here's a link to the show on the website https://dsc.discovery.com/show-news/how-much-do-you-really-know-about-life-before-birth.html ) Made me feel better about how long it's taken to get pregnant.
Also it mentioned how the seminal fluid is alkaline and the vagina/cervix is acidic. Made me curious to see if anyone had looked into trying an alkaline diet? I googled it and a lot of the dietary changes are very similar to the ones my acupuncturist suggested.
