I am not pupo with a 2 day embryo which is 5 cells and a grade 4 which is our clinic highed grading so dh and i are very happy and pray this is our baby. OTD is 3rd nov but il be poas on Halloween as im too impatient and should get a result then.

Does anyone know if high prolactin and estrogen levels a few days after the transfer is a good thing? My nurse just called and said that all the signs are pointing to a pregnancy but we won't know for sure until the beta...I'm going crazy!

Protocol (meds taken): BCP (3 weeks) Lucrin (16 days) Gonal-F 125 (8 days) Ovidrel trigger

How many eggs retrieved: 19 eggs, 18 mature
How many eggs fertilized: 14!
How many days between ER and ET: 5
How many and quality/rating of embryos/blasts transferred: 1 perfect day 5 blasto (3 frozen)
How many days bed rest: None, went straight out to lunch after and then did some shopping.
Symptoms or issues during 2WW: Extreme tiredness from 3dp 5dt but thats it!
What day you got your BFP: 5dp 5dt in the evening (I could have tested earlier I think)
HPT before blood test: Yes
Number of first beta: 5dp 5dt - 23, 9dp 5dt - 230!!
Number of babies: 1
Anything else you would have wanted to know before you started this process: You are not out until your beta tells you so! I doubted this working everyday, I felt cramps and had all the symptoms like AF was coming. Also you don't have to have a PMA the whole time, I cried just about everyday because I thought it wouldn't work.

Oh dont get hung up on doing everything right, first time this concerned me, second time i just went with the flow.

Hi ladies.

I am currently 6dp2dt and during the night i had really bad cramps like af is on her way and today more mild cramps but strong twinges like sharp stabbing pains at times. I am so scared that af is coming! this is my 1st tx and i know the odds are against it working first time but i am just so worried about the result after this and i felt so positive.
Has anyone else had these things happen and go on to get their BFP?? Thanks xxx

Diagnosis or any known issues: Male factor 1% morph/me pretty much every immune problem out there. Only discovered my issues after 3 failed cycles. Me low AMH and thyriod problems
Treatments you tried before IVF: None
Type of treatment: IVF with ICSI
How many IVF did you do before success: 4.5 goes (a half because I cancelled a cycle mid way through!)
Are you using donor eggs or sperm: No
Protocol: Totally taliored to me. It was somewhere between long and short protocol. I also used a mixture of stimm drugs as I had lots of different ones left over from previous cycles
How many follicles at ER: 7
How many eggs retrieved: 7
How many eggs fertilized: 2
How many days between ER and ET: 2
How many and quality/rating of embryos/blasts transferred: 2 perfect two day embies
How many days bed rest: none, moved house on the day of transfer. Ate a lot of takeways. Decided to live my life and if it was going to work it would. On all previous cycles I had laid in bed and eaten good food! Rested on the days when implanmentation should be occuring
Symptoms or issues during 2WW: LOTS of cramping! Convinced AF was on her way as usually spot.
What day you got your BFP: 10 days after ec
HPT before blood test: Yes
Number of first beta: 193
Number of babies: 2!!
Anything else you would have wanted to know before you started this process: If your gut tells you something is wrong, go with it. I knew there was something not right after my 2nd failed cycled. But the clinic I was with kept saying it was bad luck. After the 3rd one I sought help and found answers as to why those 3 previous cycles did not work. Yes immune testing cost a lot of money but at least I wasnt throwing anymore money away on cycles that would never work! oh and keep the faith and always have a
plan! xxx

My cramps were exactly the same as they were every month. I was convinced it hadnt worked. I should point out though it was exactly the same for my preivous failed cycles too. I would try not to read too much into the cramping, some get it others don't. It can mean AF is on her way or it can be implamentation or discomfort from the ec and et. The 2ww is horrid it's a complet mind fu*k. Please excuse the swearing but it really is!!!!

Diagnosis or any known issues: husband had testicular cancer and no longer produces sperm. we have some frozen sperm of his to use though.
Treatments you tried before IVF:none
How many IVF did you do before success: 1 fresh go, one frozen cycle before our lovely BFP
Are you using donor eggs or sperm: no
Protocol (meds taken): for our BFP - clexane, predisenole, aspiren, fostimon, merinol, cyclogest, gestone, (some of these where starting from our 2ww) i am probably missing more! cant think!
How many follicles at ER: first go 12, second (our bfp) 24eggs
How many eggs retrieved: see above
How many eggs fertilized: first go - 5. second(bfp) 5 again.
How many days between ER and ET: frist go they froze all and our FET was with 2 day embryos. our second fresh go (bfp) 5 day blastos on board.
How many and quality/rating of embryos/blasts transferred: first go - not very good. second go (bfp) 5AA and 3AA.
How many days bed rest: first go - over a week! second go(bfp) rested for 1 day and then took it easy but continued with my normal life and had wedding to attend which i did.
Symptoms or issues during 2WW: none that i can remb. maybe some aches 1st few days and felt very hungry actually! which is still the case.
What day you got your BFP: i started POAS 4 days after transfer and it was postive!!!
HPT before blood test: yep!
Number of first beta: 400
Number of babies: 2 beautiful babies
Anything else you would have wanted to know before you started this process: to relax and take it easy, lead a normal life! our first go and FET i was trying to eat this and that, i did accupunture i bed rested so much and i then got a BFP. this time i ate what i wanted but made sure i was getting all my goodies, and just did my usual stuff! and we got our BFP.

Treatments you tried before IVF: 4 IUIs, 3 with clomid, 1 with injectibles
How many IVF did you do before success: First time lucky
Are you using donor eggs or sperm: No
Protocol (meds taken): BCP for 3 weeks. Then for stimming: 75 IU repronex, 75 IU Gonal F, upped to 150 IU of Gonal F half way through stimming due to low response, 250mcg cetrotide for last 3 days of stimming. After ER: prometrium, baby aspirin, estrace
How many follicles at ER: 8
How many eggs retrieved: 6 including 1 immature
How many eggs fertilized: 5
How many days between ER and ET: 3
How many and quality/rating of embryos/blasts transferred: 2 high quality embryos (10 cell) rated 18 and 18+ on a 20 point scale.
How many days bed rest: 2 after ET but then took it really easy
Symptoms or issues during 2WW: Bloating, constipated, tired
What day you got your BFP: 10dpt 3dt
HPT before blood test: 2, an IC then a FRER
Number of first beta: 520 at 12dp3dt
Number of babies: Not sure yet
Anything else you would have wanted to know before you started this process: That you don't need lot of eggs for it to work, try to keep a positive outlook on it all, take one day at a time and try not to let the numbers get to you. Most of all, trust your Doctor!!!

Found out we are having twins! Saw 1 of the heartbeats today at 5w+5d Still really early, hope to see the other one at our next scan.
