When you were ttc, how often did you 'try'? I.e., every day, every other day etc?

Minnie- The first month I didn't really plan to well and we bd on Mon & Wed and I got pregnant but lost due to chemical. The 2nd month we bd every other day once I got a positive opk but didn't get pregnant. The 3rd and time I got a strong postive opk on Sun so we bd Sun-Tues and my temp spiked Wed so I believe I O'd on Tues and conception could have taken place Tues or Wed. Good luck!!

AFM I'm in the 14th week, so relieved to be in 2nd tri at last. Still 6 weeks to go til 20 week scan, looking forward to it but also a tad scared at the same time!

Minnie, I conceived on our 3rd round of clomid. First round the clomid didn't work so we just plain missed it. 2nd round we did SMEP, which didn't work. 3rd round we did every other day and I got pregnant. Part of it is down to luck but I think also your DH's sperm. As my DH had had one of his SAs come back a little on the low side, I suspected SMEP might be too much. I could be wrong, but I think it makes sense that if you know your DH has a lowish sperm count then it's better to do it every other day or even every 3 days. Good luck x

I'm excited to say that I've started to feel the baby quickening. It's quite surreal b/c you're not really sure it happened. Feel like a bubble popped or one pulsing heartbeat low in your tummy. 9 days until my anatomy scan, yay! Hope everyone is doing well. Have a good weekend!

I'm only 7 dpn and got a bfn this morning, but lets face it - at 7 dpo, I might as well have just peed on my money coz I wasn't going to get a bfp that early!

Tested this morning with an ic and I'm sure there's something there, but I can't pick it up on camera. So I went and got a superdrug test which are supposed to be more sensitive, but that was with smu and was white
I'll try again tmrw with the superdrug ones and go from there.
Still only 8dpo so I'm not out yet, I hope!

Aww 8dpo is still REALLY early. But I know what it is to be tempted I had to force myself to wait til 12 dpo minimum as was just tearing through my ICs every cycle haha

This getting pregnant lark isn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. The first time, I got pregnant whilst using contraception. This time, it seems his sperm need a torch and a map or something, coz they're can't seem to do it on their own

I wouldn't give up just yet. I was reading a post where a woman's test kept coming up negative. She felt pregnant and was late so she had a blood test done and it confirmed she was pregnant. You're not out until AF arrives. The month I got pregnant I used pre-seed for the first time. Have you tried anything like that?

Yeah, you're right, I'll keep testing til AF comes. Due on Monday, so normally I'd start spotting any day now. None yet tho so I'm not giving up.
We've been using something, I think it's called Conceive Plus or something like that. Also this is the first month that I've come off antihistamines during o week, so I thought we had a chance this month. I take them for a dust allergy and heard that they can hinder conception because they dry up your sinuses, but they can also dry you up other places too!
I had a smidge of bleeding 6 dpo and really intense cramps on 7 and 8 dpo so thought that might have been implantation. Had mega painful boobs too but that's calmed down a bit now.
Time will tell!!

FX for you still Minnie! I read on here a lot that implantation can sometimes happen as late as 12 dpo so you might just be unlucky and going to have to wait a little longer than most for the two lines. Conceive plus and pre seed are both great to use. I really think pre seed helped us conceive so even if this isn't your cycle, def stick with it
