Lucky March Testing Thread

Afternoon ladies!
I'm contemplating the possibility of implantation bleeding today! I'm around 9dpo, BFN and a temp dip, but a smidge of bleeding. Too early to be AF starting, but could just be my cervical ectropian, I suppose.
Day 21-23 bloods for progesterone due later today - will update later x

Aaargh!! My blood tests are back, which will hopefully confirmed I ovulated with the Clomid - but the surgery won't give me the results. I have to have an appointment with the GP, and they are full for today, so I have to wait

How funny I see any test and they’re all PREGNANCY tests to me lol. I’ll have to watch for that. So sorry!!!

@Mummy23beauts yea its weird. After theres a certain amount of hcg in your system it overwhelms the dye chemicals on the test line and they basically just run over it. When you dilute the urine it brings the levels back down to a level the test can handle. So weird right?! Its kind of a fun science experiment though lol

Just had a phone call and bloods came back as 1.. how am I still get positives on 25mui tests? I’m going with the bloods but that is still weird.

Wth ..that is bizarre I read hcg shows up with blood work before a urine tests show positive. This is so strange I don't know what to think. What did they say about your tests being very positive this morning?? Or what do you do now?

They said to test again in 2days and if positive to call back but they’ve put me down as a complete miscarriage with negative bloods

HCG showes up sooner in blood than in urine. Perhaps it is the same in the opposite way? Meaning your bloods will show lower than the urine if it was decreasing?

I'm speculating of course, and so sorry the blood didn't give you the answers we were all hoping for you -xxx-

I’m not too upset because I prepared for it when I had the bleed. It was just the hcg rising took me by surprise. Just happy it’s all over now

Take this with a grain of salt because I don't want to get your hopes up too much.

My friend tested positive on a FRER so she called the hospital and got her bloodwork done. They called back and said she was not pregnant. (I don't know what her levels were...). They told her to test again in several days and if its still positive, they'll do a scan. Lo and behold, she was pregnant. I always thought blood was more accurate than HPTs but seems that's not always the case for everyone.

@Mummy23beauts I'm so sorry love. Im glad u finally have answers but it's still sad.


So I'm definitely out as it is definitely AF. Woke up today flooded out. That line must of been a evap line because I did leave it almost a hour b4 checking it.
Cd2 today so now the wait for ovulation again. I'm OK about it and not sad I wasn't expecting to fall just like that anyway.
My macca root and vitamin D arrived today. I'm not starting the macca just yet. I wanna see it I can fall and stay pregnant without it but if I start having chemicals I will definitely start taking it.
