March Testers!

Alfiecat and glong88, by no means am I an expert but it is really really hard for me to catch my LH surge and I have no reason to believe I do not ovulate regularly. I tested yesterday with 2nd morning urine negative, got a positive less than two hours later, and then it was negative again by the time I got out of work. Previous months I was just going by the darkest line I got before it lightened again so I'm surprised I caught it. I believe I ovulate around cd16/17 out of a pretty regular 28-29 day cycle. (My leutal phase has lengthened by a day since taking prenatals!) I wouldn't worry too much if you haven't O'd by cd14.. Worst part about that is it just makes even just getting to the tww take longer. Do you ladies temp? I don't, I've just been going by my opk's and tracking my cycles so hopefully it's close enough.

What do we think???

Left is fmu today now 8 hours old
Right is now 5 minutes after dipping

Cd14 today, I got positive on CD16 last month...
Does the right test look positive?

It looks positive to me

I temp, but I've only been doing it since September, and it was while trying to avoid pregnancy. This will only be cycle two TTC. I ordered some OPKs. I think it might be a bit of overkill for me, but we'll see. We BD 6 days in a row last time, and maybe OPKs will help me avoid burn out. I was tired after all that BD!

Glong88, it looks positive to me as well! Slammerkin, I know what you mean with BD burnout. Last month is when I first realized I was ovulating later than I thought and it was only because of the opk's.. We were so exhausted by the time I finally O'd I didn't even care to BD.

Hi ladies may I join? Cd1 today that damn witch caught me again lol! Due to O on cd17 4th March so testing mid-month x

Hi, I'd love to join :) We were WTT until the Summer, but DTD without being careful on Saturday. At the time I thought it was around 6 days until O so was pretty sure we were safe. Today I've checked using OPK and it was positive so O could be within the next day or so. I told dh and he wanted to DTD there and then. Eeeeeek. Last time I fell pregnant pretty much immediately without charting or anything. I am now so excited! 2 weeks is such a long wait!!!!!

A different brand still positive?

Im losing my mind with cb. Got another flashing smiley this morning thats 8 now.
Im beginning to wonder if i do ovulate at all....

Sainsburys own brand , what do you think to it ...

CM question:

I got EWCM very early yesterday morning and by the evening it was very obviously creamy CM (almost seemed to come off in white bits - sorry TMI). I am not trying yet this month but I am trying to watch the signs of my body. Does that mean I didn't ovulate??

I don't really know what it means but I wouldn't worry yourself and jump to the conclusion that you didn't ovulate. Maybe it wasn't ewcm yet, there are things that can masquerade as it. Maybe it was but later on in the day your fertile window closed and you're in your leutal phase now. Maybe your cm fluctuates, not all women produce abundant ewcm.

Hi ladies

Mind if I join, I'm on cd2. I did join the Feb thread but obviously af got me yesterday. Don't know what I'll be changing this time, we BD at the right time, had +opk cd20 and followed the SMEP plan. I'll probably do it again but all suggestions are welcome.

Good luck for this month everyone, here's hoping for lots of BFPs!!

Hi All,

Soooo excited to be testing this month, this is our 4th cycle of TTC and our first cycle using an OPK. I have a really good feeling and love that testing day is mothers day 6/3/16 - hoping it's a sign!! Good Luck to you all xx

Alfiecat could it be a bad batch of tests? I've not used that brand of opk's but can you crack them open and see lines. I think you can with digital pregnancy test so I would think you could with opk's.

From everything that I've read it's best to do opk's around 2 pm. Because normally your surge happens in the morning but it takes like 4 hours to build up in your urine.

Hi ladies,

Mind if I join you? We have been trying for our third baby for nearly a year (will be a year in March). We had a chemical pregnancy in August, but other than that nothing's happening. Our first two came along so easily, so this has been a surprise to us. We started fertility testing and it all looks normal. Now we're waiting for our first consultation with a fertility specialist in a few weeks.

So it looks like we're going to get some help, but in he meantime we have one cycle left to try and do it on our own! We had to miss this cycle as I ovulated right in the middle of the two weeks my husband was away this month! Bad timing! My period is due in about 4 days and then my March cycle will begin. So hoping we end up with a natural BFP! Not that there's anything at all wrong with an assisted BFP, I'm just very nervous of the stress I'll feel with a fertility treatment - mainly that we're paying ourselves and there will be that huge feeling of "This cost so much, I hope it works!"

Good luck ladies, hope this is a lucky thread!

I've just had my 2nd loss in a row :( 3rd in total so we will be testing in March insure when yet tho xx
