I'm getting soo frustrated. I'm due to ov anyday and hubby's sex drive has disappeared completely. He's led here next to me snoring his head off, like he seems to do every night lately. I daren't try and wake him cause he wakes in a foul mood when he's knackered.
Oh and earlier tonight he announced he's working all day this weekend which means he'll be up at 5am and home at teatime but he'l be knackered and fall asleep straight away again.
sorry to rant girls but I'm just feeling so fed up at the mo and have no one else I can talk to. I Really wanted to try for my bfp this month after having a chemical last month but not gonna be much chance at this rate

i know how u feel .. im the same bub!! im oh works 12 hr shift 6 or even 7 days aweek.. bt still lately hes been very good!! bu i have to b on top (tmi) bt its beta then nothin i guess chin up. if u cud just serduce him and he cant say no xDxx

totally in the same situation; my hubby snores the second his head falls on the pillow atm and I'm due to ov in next few days... it's sooo frustrating when ttc!

I know exactly how you feel! I ov last weekend and typically OH was either not in the mood, busy or tired, or snoring in a coma...I did get there in the end so hoping that i caught it but i wanted to BD evry day while i was ov...just to get the most chances in!

Men...they can be so laid back about the whole thing. Its so frustrating!

haha all you ladies are funny. my DH is the one that wanted to TTC before me! Now he wants to NTNP, jerk. But, i tell him when i'm OV'ing and he'll do it even though he's tired. We've been there though, i'd go 2 months w/o sex. it was awful. i coudn't understand why he was always "sooo tired" but i think he might've been a bit depressed... now it's alot better! I have the same problem...OH works shifts and has a low drive....getting him to this month was awful but we managed it once on the day I OV-d but I dont think I will get a as I just have no promising signs!!!

Usually we go sometimes 2/3 weeks without any though....and if I mention TTC he starts getting a bit under pressure and loses his drive even more

OMG I know how you feel! Except my husband decided he wanted to go the "pornstar" route and shoot it everywhere but...pisses me off. He only did it once he tried to "fix" the situation after he realized what he did on my high surge day but still!!

Well I share all your pain sweeties. My OH never wants to DTD during my O time either. But I know why that is so I had a go at him this past month and we won't be having that problem anymore. But it's extremely frustrating!!! Grrrr!

Ahhh I've been sooo bad, I've had this situation before so now i just have a "low sex drive" in the build up of my surge /OV and when i surge my other half is so deprived he's ready to rip my clothes off (TMI) hehe.

It's werid because we have a healthy sex life and normally BD 3-4 times a week but it seems like I surge in the week we want to take a break if that makes sense lol.

Send him a "suggestive" pic of you to his cell with a note about meeting up with him. I doubt he'll want to sleep right away.

Oh..I am so in the same place right now,it seems if we take these things lightly ...it won't be so much of a chore.I literally had to wake Dh and tell me come on now do it.Sometimes I fall asleep too...lol..then get up in the middle of the night and think omg we have not done it yet...come on get up :0,get up ..Hope we get our BFP and be done with BDing for some time.

I LOVE THIS FORUM !!.....thought it was only me !!

My OH.....always seems to not be ion the mood when its O time. I've tried the keeping it from him approach....but..... by the time he was 'ready'...... it was too late ......he was reeeeally sorry and told me i should have told him !!

I now tell him and its suuuuch an effort !! I feel i like i'm begging !!........now as soon as O' time is over....his sex drive goes back to normal !!

WTF is all that about !!!!

Well girls, finally had success. I've been on my Xmas party n he rang me to tell me he was working tonight as well, I think he realised how peed off I was so we bd'd an hour ago thank goodness. Will have to try and do it some time tomorrow too. Gawd this ttc is hard work! X

Ladies, ladies, been there, got the t shirt, and found the soultion!!

Sexual starvation is the answer, starve him from any activity from cd1 til ov then just b4 ov seduce him with whatever you can throw at him, By which time he will be more than up for it over the entire time of ov!

I was starved of sex for ages by dh with every excuse under the sun and this worked, as soon as i showed no interest for a prolonged time, hey presto he is the one gagging for it!! Result!

Cant complain now, he is pretty eager to bd for a so for now at least I am happy!
