Most random yet thoughtful "teacher present" ever!

I teach in a private primary school, and I usually receive some lovely gifts from my families at christmas and the end of term. I always save the Christmas gifts under my tree. So today I opened up a gift from one of the most generous families we have at the school... Three boxes of Pregnacare Plus vitamins!
Totally random gift, coming from a family at work, but much appreciated! Pregnacare is pretty much out of my price-range, and the parents are both doctors, so it really is a thoughtful present... Just seems a little bit odd!
