well i went to weigh in today and only lost a pound, i was very disappointed with this but i have come on and am having a really heavy and painful period! a loss is a loss i suppose.
i have got my training day tomorrow, im so so nervous, im going to be leaving Annabelle for half 7 in the morning and god im so so scared, my friend who is going to look after her is great i just feel bad as she is teething and bit grizzly and keep thinking what if she just wants her mummy and im not here?!!!

i know im doing the right thing going because in the long run it may mean no full time job! i would love nothing more to stay home with her and work from home, my dummy clips are doing well to so maybe with the 2 incomes i could afford it but will have to see

Will update tomorrow on how it goes

thanks for asking hun training went really well except i missed Annabelle like crazy!!!

we came away with a test to complete but all answers where to be found out via internet or reading up etc so we have had to send that back, we have been told that if it passes as 85% correct is a pass then we will get another telephone call confirming a pass and then we will be able to trade the following day. we wont be able to see diabetic clients to begin with as a further training day is given especially for this as there is alot of information to be told.

i havent been weighed now for few weeks due to training day etc.

not getting weighed till the 12th sept. my goal is to be in the 12s somewhere but 12st 13.5 would make me very happy!!!

i went to a friends wedding yesterday who hasnt seen me since being on the diet and her and her family really had to study me before it clicked it was me, a little embarrassing but nice all at the same time LOL

hopefully not oo much longer without eating im getting bit edgy now as its soon going to be christmas and Annabelles first birthday at the end of Nov that i want to be able to eat a meal with my family and friends not be drinking water in the corner

well i had a telephone call yesterday and both me and OH are both now accredited cambridge diet counsellors im so so pleased.
we can start to see clients anytime now we want to. its all very scary but exciting too.
i have been on holiday all week and had a lovely time and whilst everyone else ate i was 100% good to the diet.
i have got a few new pictures from my hols etc so will update pics tomorrow

Lollylou you have done superb! I just wanna say i have been on CD for about 2months before getting pregnant started with 12st,something and i lost over 1st8lbs then i found out the LO is on his way so i stoped dieting.. No im almost done with the pregnancy only 2week left and cant wait to start it all over again asap when i finish breastfeeding(only planing to breastfeed for maybe2weeks or so)
Tell me how did u found it after pregnancy? I love CD

well i took my official photos tonight and god i was really nearly sick, it absolutely disgusts me when i look at myself to begin with but i still fell sick looking at me now my belly is all saggy and jelly like, i dont know what i am supposed to do, i have already been told the skin has been overstretched so wont go back to shape even with exercise, i cant afford a tummy tuck although would really like one after having another baby, if only money grew on trees
