Hi

Congrats on your outstanding success. I am just beginning my weight loss journey - but I am very fearful of the saggy skin after - although I assume it is inevitable. Did you lose the weight rapidly - did that contribute to the skin becoming saggy?

When are you planning to have another lo?

well i took my official photos tonight and god i was really nearly sick, it absolutely disgusts me when i look at myself to begin with but i still fell sick looking at me now my belly is all saggy and jelly like, i dont know what i am supposed to do, i have already been told the skin has been overstretched so wont go back to shape even with exercise, i cant afford a tummy tuck although would really like one after having another baby, if only money grew on trees

Im already dreading the excess skin. I've been slathering on palmers cream 2x a day, probs won't help though Could you try your doc and see if theres anything they can do?

We are planning a meet next week or maybe next, anyone can come if your up for it
We had a mini one yesterday but it was only 4 of us, we had tea at Hevs house so couldn't invite loads of people otherwise you know I'd have invited you, which is why were thinking of doing one within the next 2 weeks so others can come.
Maybe the zoo or something at Dudley? Then I can get to see your super sexy skinny self again, you look better and better each time.

Thanks for the kind words everyone they mean alot

i went to see my counsellor last week and she has asked me to go in for slimmer of the year for the awards in November, although i know there will be people with better stories and better weight loss she and my family and friends have persuaded me to go for it, i feel like im showing off a little and thats not me at all but i sent the form off today!!

Hun im sure that if you have lost over 7 stone and are finished having your baby's the nhs will pay for skin removal for you. Might be worth going to see your gp.

well we have had a really bad week, i have had a very poorly girly wo has spent 2 days in and out of hospital and she is still so poorly!!!
My diet just plods on as normal but we have been trying to sort the dining room area out for running our cambridge business from, its starting to come together so hopefully soon we will have our little business running

weigh in tomorrow, think it will be a stay the same as im due on!!! how rude

Well im still going havent been weighed for a few weeks as my counsellor has been in hospital. i am just trying to find my feet with the counselling and have started a few new people its been very scary as there is alot of info to be giving them but it also feels really rewarding that i can help others to lose weight like i have as it really has been the changing point in my life.

been having a very rough time over the past month with Annabelle being ill but think we have now sorted that out so we just have teeth to contend with!!!

im having a weigh in on friday so will update u all then, next week i have a family party so will have some more upto date pictures

I have looke into an tried many diets but only end up binge eating after a few days!! I have looked into the Cambridge diet and think I'm going to go for it... i would like to loose 3st.... I'm just scared to contact the counsellor... she might laugh at me
