Hey Pearly When I do yoga in the morning I usually eat half a banana or something very light so that I do not feel weak half way through my yoga session. I think it really depends on your body. I know some people who can't eat anything a few hours before exercise and others who can eat right before and be OK. If you are feeling weak while exercising, I would recommend having something light and seeing if that helps.
