November Testing Thread :)!

Here's a pic of the progress. My smartphone doesn't take very clear pics of them sadly. Looks like I'm getting close?

Hi breadsticks glad you like the thread, i will agree though hopefully we all don't need to go to another one !
TWW is so boring and drags in i find ! symptom spotting is so hard not to do so i know how you feel! hopefully sore boobs are a sign x

Thanks, Nicola! I sure hope it is a good sign :) I am so darn impatient lol. I wonder how I will manage waiting 9 months if I can't handle a couple of weeks! :haha:

medipea, getting super close! next few days i'd say hun!!

I know 9months is such a long time :haha: i think knowing that your pregnant though will help you wait it out if that makes sense!

wantbabybad2, just now just BDin like craaazy drinking loads of water and eating loads of fruit and veg. i'm more ntnp until the end of the year, had to much disappointment TTC. what is yours?

Well sort of smep but we aren't skipping days. Its been everyday for the last week...ha. that's very unusual for us but I have so much time on my hands from not having a job. Lol. And by the way my names Danielle. Husbands name is Bradley. Were both young. I'm 19. He's 22. We got married in June of 2011. We have 2 dogs. A lab named Rocky and a yorkie mix named Gizzmo and they r hoping for a little brother or sister. :)

Hi Danielle :) I'm young to only 18 and OH is 19 :). We BD all the time i've just got a job so hopefully it doesnt start getting cut down :(! how are you feeling about everything?

Yeah, I think you are right :)

Wantababybad2, right now I am just charting temps to track ovulation and taking a prenatal. We may use OPKs in the future but at the moment we're not looking to any time soon.

I feel great about ttc but I'm afraid the amount of stress I have endured in the past month will probably affect us. But its OK. I'm optimistic most of the time...lol. I just turned 19 this month so its goin to be great talking to someone close in age. How r u feeling about it?

i love talking to everyone but having someone close in age can sometimes being easier! i'm feeling fine about it, most people will be like aw 18 pfft.. but i'm with someone i want to be with forever, we moved pretty fast, moved in within 4months and ttc within 7months! we are stable have our own flat, so i don't see the problem? i'm not depending on anyone or anything :). it scares me at times, but it seems the right thing to do! me and OH were joking about it before we decided to i thought he would think i was crazy when i told him i wanted to try, he just smiled and said 'me to'

yea. i would like to try opks too but i just dont want to spend the money on them. they r so expensive. i tried to chart but im very forgetful and sometimes i dont hear my alarm so i never wake up to temp. so i just said forget it.

nic18, i understand. me and dh have been together for almost 5 years. thats y we married when i was only 17. we thought it was time for us. we live on our own too. i love it. wouldnt change anything. and over the course of our relationship we had so many close calls u know. we didnt really need it at that time but if it happened thats wat it is. and i think all those close calls and everyone around us being pregnant just helped us decide it was time. my best friend and her boyfriend r also sort of tryin...lol. so now i have 2 girls close to age to compare "notes" with. lol. look forward to it. :)

yeah its good to speak to older women and people your own age, although sometimes i feel like people judge me and get annoyed with me on here (not this thread) but other threads. my best friend has a 10month old, which is good but in a way it hurts me sometimes when all she talks about his him..

i know. i hate that they judge. they dont know how we feel or wat has happened in our lives that may have influenced our decisions. everyone i know is either pregnant or just had a baby. i look on facebook and those baby gaga things r everywhere...ugh. lol.

Nic, that is awesome! It's so cool to have someone on the same cycle day :)

Wantababybad2, that is part of our reasoning for not doing OPKs. My cycles have been fairly regular since coming off the pill and temping has worked well enough for me to see a pattern. I miss temps every so often but this month I've been pretty good, probably because it is our first month TTC lol.

I am 25, so a bit older, but I can tell you that there will be people judging no matter how old you are. You're either too young, or why haven't you had kids yet, haven't been married long enough, etc. If you know what you want and have the means to make it happen, then why the heck not? That's just my two cents lol.

Danielle, exactly! its like just shut up and keep out my business.

Breadsticks i've forgotten your real name ? but you are so right! no matter what age you are you will be judged! totally agree, but everything you said is so true, if you know what you want are able to support a child.. why not? thank you :flower:

Thanks! That actually makes me feel a bit better since hubby will be home Tuesday so hopefully we won't miss our window. Def starting to feel my CM change too.

First month using the OPK's but I like it so far since my cycles have been so crazy since coming off the BCP. Helps me feel a bit more normal knowing what's going on in there.

I'm 26, and so is hubby. We're the only ones in our close group of friends that don't have a baby yet so we're constantly being asked when our turn is. Arghh.

medipea i would say you would be fine for tuesday! keep updating us with pics if you want though! 26 is still young to have a baby! i wish people would keep out other peoples business sometimes, people think you can sneeze and fall pregnant!

im on cd 18 so not far ahead of yall, but i have crazy cycles. the last one was 33 days the one before that was 37 and the one before that was 67. yea i was so nervous. i thought somethin was wrong. they told me i just wasnt releasing and egg and to come back if af didnt start in a month and she came 3 or 4 days later...ha. the cycles seems to be gettin shorter so i am hopin ill get more regular.

everyone judged me when i was gettin married at 17 but we have been together for so long and we wanted to move out on our own and my dad didnt want us livin together til we were married so we asked if it was ok for us to get married. so we did. and the rest is history in the makin!! :)

medipea, it looks like me and u are on the same cd and im hopin my cycles stay at 33 too...lol. i can live with that.

danielle, hope your cycles are getting more regular hun! people just need to stop judging all together i know its hard but it gets you know where in life:)!

me too. its ridiculous. we all get through it though. maybe this will be our months and we can announce at christmas! that would be so great!!
