Ovulated May 9th, who else? Update 5 BFP's!! :)

Oh I see in your signature that it happened in March. So sorry. I hope you get your bfp soon!

I also noticed you have a 6 year old and 1 year old. Mind if I ask what a larger age gap has been like? Sorry to go a bit off-topic but it's on my mind and so many women have less than two years between kids so when I see someone with a larger age gap I have to ask what it's like! Was there any jealousy? Do they play well together?

Thank you :)

He is almost 14 months now and it has been easy to be honest! It works out well because the oldest goes to school and then i only have the one at home, just like i did with my eldest. Then when he comes home they play together all the time! The hardest part was teaching my oldest about which toys his little brother can't touch (lego etc) He loves having a brother though as i think he was getting a tad lonely. He helps out with things, nice to have someone to run and fetch you a nappy etc. :haha:

He loves making his younger brother laugh and generally just spends alot of time being a clown haha, It's not the same kind of play that two of a closer age would have but it works nice :)

It is still a bit sad for my older son though when we do things like go to the fair and he has to go on the rides by himself etc as the age gap obviously restricts things like this. Which is why we are trying for a smaller age gap this time.

I'm hopping on this bandwagon yall mind??

AF is due on 26! Will probably test before that tbh tho LOL

My symptoms have been promising
Acid reflux like crazyyyy
Stuffy/runny nose
Sometimes nausea or just no appetite for anything!

Thanks for your response! That is somewhat reassuring. I can see what you mean about not being on the same rides etc though! Although DD1 is so tiny maybe her sibling will be bigger and catch up quickly :) I'm glad to hear it was somewhat easy though. My daughter can start Junior Kindergarten next year for 5 days a week but I may just do 2 days a week bevause she is still very clingy and a Mommy's girl. That will givenme a couple days with just the baby, but a few days at home with both of them too.

Good luck, and let us know how it goes!!

Has anyone else tested yet?
My lines are not getting darker which I thought they would be by now of I tested positive at 8dpo. Still very faint lines so Im a bit worried it will be a chemical. I think I will go buy a digital test to confirm today because I am starting to second guess myself a bit!

I caved! This thread is bad for me.

I tested a bit early 5-7 days before my period (I have a 30-32 day cycle). I have been having symtoms like waves of cramping, which only last under a minute, and not the whole day but like 4-5 times a day, breast soreness, lot's of acid reflux.

I do not know if you guys can see it, but I didn't have a pink dye test, and it was faint. I will re-test in 2-3 days and see.

Edit: I forgot to add this is 10 DPO (going by OPK).

Thank you hun, but somehow I cannot declare it a sure positive yet. If I look now at the test I can't even see it. So I am going to retest friday and see keepingfingers crossed.

Hubby wants me to surprise him lol, dunno how I am going to pull it off!

Lol just checked it again, it is there but definitely a squinter. Should I get a oink dye, or just test again with clearblue in 3 days?

Ya I know how you feel. I am not getting overly excited about mine either because it is so faint! I think I will buy a digital today. I need something to say "Pregnant" to me before I get excited lol.

Lol! Me too, I got one for after the date my period is due so it wouldn't go to waste xD

I see something!! Yay! Hopefully it's not just the blue dye, I've heard about those horror stories

Hey Ladies! This TWW seems to be taking forever!

All your symptoms are exciting - I overthink every little cramp twinge twist.

AMF - Other than the few slight cramps I had earlier in the week I feel nothing! I had a dream my belly was swollen but wasn't sure if the was Pregnant or not. I want to poas but I know it will be negative I am only 7dpo. My thryoid levels came back good so the Synthroid is doing its job - that's the only thing making me think it might have happened this cycle. I have had horrible breakout acne the last 3-4 months and since this ovulation it is almost completely clearing up! Thank goodness because it was so painful and gross looking. lol.

I hope you all have a great weekend! 3 day weekend for me in Canada this weekend so looking forward to a relaxing weekend!

I'm from Canada too! What part? I am in Ontario. FX the thyroid meds work for you!!!

So far so good with the thyroid meds now just a long wait for the specialist! I don't feel anything other than slightly sensitive bbs but that is normal before AF.

I am from Saskatchewan :)

Your test looks great! Congrats!

What;s the difference between blue dyes and pink dyes? Are blue dyes not good?

I don't really feel much either tbh. I'm tired today and a little nauseous but it's more likely cuz I keep waking up at 5:30am because it's already light. The one part I hate about summer! I'm gonna go get myself an eye mask today so I can hopefully sleep in until 730 tomorrow! But ya, I never felt the effects of pregnancy until 7ish weeks last time.

Let us know when you test, good luck!!! :dust:

I am also slightly nauseous but that usually happens before AF as well. - Although most women I have talked to say that they felt that AF was on her way when they got their BFP because the symptoms are so similar. I had to get blackout curtains in our bedroom to help keep out the light on the weekends.

I am planning on testing Thursday morning - If I can hold out that long! lol

How is my chart looking? This is my first time temping and the past few days I've been waking up randomly so I just take it when I wake up.

What dpo do yall think I am? I'm pretty hopeful about this cycle. I think we got the timing right and I made hubby start taking vitamins to help the sperm. Also I've been really healthy since we started TTCing in Feb.

Crossing my fingers so hard that they are broken.

Blue dye tests are known for producing false positives all the time. I've never used them

Well I think I may have either had a chemical pregnancy or false positives. :(

Laughing Duck - I am really sorry! Wait for AF to come you are still early and the digital tests aren't as sensitive. FX for you that your HCG isn't high enough yet to show a true positive!

Thanks Hopeful. I think it was a chemical pregnancy. You can see my positive at 8 DPO then the line gets more faint every day. The wondfo is still picking up a slight line but much fainter than at 8 DPO. I'm also starting to cramp again. Im not out until Im out but definitely not feeling that optimistic about the whole thing.
