Ovulation with twins!

I was in heap of pain yesterday so I went for an ultrasound
They found a big cyst of 41mm and two small all on my right ovary.
The thing is I had the same pain two days before that I have been bbt and ff confirmed ovulation on cd 14
They also found free fluid which signals that I have indeed ovulated.
By the time I had the scan done my pain subsided (so my guess is I realised another egg)
The two small cysts are measuring the same.
Could I have ovulated 2 eggs within 48 hours?
I'm currently 3dpo and on cd 17

Sounds like that could very well be the case but it's just too early to tell...did the doctor mention anything about chance of releasing 2 eggs in 2 days? I swear sometimes I ovulate twice in a cycle also...fingers crossed!

You can not release two eggs at different times. You CAN release 2 eggs at once but that's it.

My guess is that the pain is due to the fact that you ovulated the first day and the other follie was growing still until it got the signal that you were done ovulating.

Wait... were you taking Vitex, Clomid, and Soy Iso all at the same time?! lol.
