Hi all
I have just discovered I have PCOS after trying to get a diagnosis for irregular bleeding and bleeding after sex (although I am pretty sure that is not a symptom for PCOS). I have bad skin, thin hair and awful mood swings
Myself and my partner are going to begin TTC#2 when AF finishes, my doctor told me to start trying and if there is no joy within 9 months to go back and look at medication etc.
I have read you are able to help symptoms with diets so wondered if any of you have tried this approach and what diet you follow? It is all new to me and a bit of a mind field!
