Breakfast- I typically ate things like ham with eggs and cheese. I could not tolerate carbs.
So about 10 I ate a snack, usually nuts and an apple. Higher fat nuts like macadamia and walnuts were my go to.
Lunch was usually a salad with rotisserie chicken and mustard. (Interesting I could not eat chicken while pregnant but rotisserie was at least okay.)
Dinner was usually a protein, typically steak because I craved it so bad! And a huge helping of low carb veggie and a bit of higher carb veggie like corn or sweet potatoes.
For additional snacks I ate mostly cheese and veggies with dip such as hummus or ranch (or peanut butter with celery.)
I had 2 snacks, one at 10 and one at 2:30. I also had a before bed snack of full fat Greek yogurt and blue berries so help with blood sugar lows and night.
Overall I focused on a protein with half a plate of veggies with butter or coconut oil depending on the veggie.
