Pumpkin Patch

:yipee: to more hpts and as a poas addict I totally agree:rofl:....keep em locked away thou hun....we don't want to see any horrid :bfn: just cos you tested too early:hugs:
Any signs or symptoms you want to excite us with?:winkwink::rofl:

Feeling pretty good today/tonight...The first :witch: free day this cycle so :yipee:...I'm counting down til Miss Eggy is released:winkwink:
Toooooo late! Hahaha, BUT I did test with a FR Rapid Result by accident..... so it would be negative now anyway! No symptoms.... just the sore boobs, and I'm starving lately.....
Does anyone ever stare at a test sooooo long you start seeing lines? Usually it's the control line burned into my retina, and when I shift my head, I think i see a second line, until I blink. :dohh:

OK I swear no more tests until I'm supposed to.:flower:

welli read that every other day should do it for you....

my gp...( who is ancient by the way) swears that every other day should be enough....

and when i fell back earlier this year..... i wasnt trying, but did notice that i was like a little bunny, and we were at it pretty much very other day...( i write it in my diary when we dtd, always have)

but the smep...says every other day from cd10 the when you get a +opk, ( unless youknow when your o'ing) do it every day for three days then miss a day and do it one last time to 'seal the deal'

but i am no expert...i never tried to get pregnant with any of mine, this is all new and alien to me....

right girls, i cant keep my eyes open any more....i am off up to me bed with a hot choc.....

lotsa love

Sounds like a good plan of action Hun....one that I will try to put into practice......Fx'd it works!:hugs:

Thanks Bexx....It's the first ever one that I created...amazed that I managed to get it onto my own...as for being able to get the link right for others....:dohh::rofl:
How's things Hun? Did you manage to get started with the pesseries yesterday?...Hope so:hugs:

I certainly did, they're not very pleasant though I have to say lol. Let's just say I ran to the bedroom afterwards feeling very squishy. :D

Yep, in fact I stopped by the grocery store on the way home and got some more tests..... because you can NEVER ever have too many..... and a "What to Expect When You're Expecting" book to keep my brain occupied for the time being. Atleast if it doesn't work out this time.... I'll be swimming in knowledge for next cycle! I'm also thinking about temping next cycle, just for fun. How is everyone doing this time around?:muaha:

I've got that book too, it's brilliant! I've also got a pregnancy day-by-day book, together they keep me well informed about everything.

I just started temping this month, but I think my antibiotics courses may have affected things a bit. Still, it gives an interesting insight nonetheless.

Feeling pretty good today/tonight...The first :witch: free day this cycle so :yipee:...I'm counting down til Miss Eggy is released:winkwink:

Same here, our cycles seem to be identical lol.

I live just outside Cardiff Hun.

Sorry for butting in here, but I just want to say how much I love Wales. I had a brief stay in a quaint village just outside Neath with an ex-boyfriend and I think it's so beautiful and the people are so lovely. Except for the ex, he was a total knob. :D

My hubby also took me for a weekend break on the Gower peninsula, we stayed in a cliffside hotel just outside Mumbles. I've always wanted to go back there someday but I recently discovered it had been demolished. :(

What do people think to bd'ing every day around O or every other day after witch throughout the cycle until witch is due? Any plans for timing?
:hugs:

That's my plan, but as I'll be finishing the antibiotics so close to ovulation I'll probably try to BD every day lol. :D

good morning ladies

thanks bexx for the signature thingy, i did it on the second attempt

just waving goodbye to :witch: told her she can bugger off for 9 months now! i'm going to start temping as of tomorrow & i'm ordering some opk's from homehealth website coz they are the only ones i have found that work.

i had a lovely day off yesterday, even though i spent most the day cleaning. it was nice to have dinner ready for when hubby came home for a change, i don't finish work until 6:30pm most evenings so we always end up eating late.

what does everyone do for job? i work as an assistant manager of a chocolate shop & cafe, not very exciting. i'm going to swap it soon for a job as a mum :happydance: PMA

bumble b...... without going into TOOOOO much detail, my job title is a Tissue Recovery Specialist. I am part of a team that goes out and recovers musculoskeletal tissue and sometimes organs from organ donors when they die. Interesting job, but I'm afraid my schedule is very unpredictable. I've been on cases that put me to work at midnight, and not home until 8am.....

Although whenever I become preggers (FXed) I may have to switch jobs because it's a very physically demanding job. That would be unsettling for me.

hiya girls... well, i joined the team,as i am 99.9% certain i am out, i know my cycle quite well, and i have pains today that i am sure wouldnt be here with me if i was pg..... bit sad, we will try for one more cycle, then stop... we have a lovely family, and are very lucky, just after losing our little man this year, made us want to try for another child, but maybe if we dont succeed next cycle, we will admit defeat.....

hope evryone is well today
loobi
xxxxxx

bumble b.... i am a housewife nowadays, but before marriage and children i was a florist, would love to go back to it one day, but i think styles have changed so much would need to pretty much retrain.....

i am the midlands in ireland..... clara, near tullamore.... we have lived in ireland for 8 years , are originally from surrey in UK....

jlove84 - wow that sounds like something from csi, i'd love a job like that!

loobi - my friend is a florist :flow: she loves it. she hasn't been doing it very long but she did my wedding flowers & they were fab. a job like that is easy to get back into i would of thought as you have the skills already. she set up a little business from home & she earns really good money from it.

i don't mind my job, it pays the bills & i love the girls i work with but i hate working weekends. i get 1 off in 4! i'd love a monday-friday 9-5 job but theres nothing about at the mo. i was never one of these people who knew what they wanted to do, i just thought i'd end up finding my dream job along the way, hasn't quite gone to plan :sad1:

I am back to CD1, Oct. 1, so I think I will still be an October tester...

hi! can i join the team? Im due to test on the 23rd :)

Oh my gosh, how the thread has grown in just a few days! :happydance:

Hi to all the new ladies!! :hi: and of course to my cycle buddies Lisa and Becky! I have been super busy this week as I got my first round of student papers. I've also been conferencing with students, which is a huge time suck. I teach English composition at a local university and I love it! I love that it gives me time to work at home and be with Alex and that I don't have to have her in daycare full time. I have a couple more days of conferences on Monday and Tuesday, and then things settle down a bit again. But then it will be close to O time! :happydance: AF is finally tapering off, so by tomorrow she should be totally gone. How I long for the pre-baby af, which was 5 days max. Now it's closer to 7-8. Ugh. :hissy:

Not much going on here this weekend. I plan on working on papers and I'm sure DH will want to try to finish painting the shed. It's been pretty chilly here this week, and it rained all day today. :rain: I'm done with school for the week so I'll be able to catch up a bit more over the weekend. Hugs to everyone!

Oh, and I have four furbabies, two dogs (Beagles) and two cats, so I'll have to try to post pics of them.

Talk to everyone soon!!

Welsh Rose ---- you'd be so proud of me. Yesterday when I got home from work, I peed as soon as I could so i didn't have time to POAS. I felt good about myself.... but still wondering at the same time...

Not sure if I can be as strong today. 10 dpo ..... might be more. I'm not exactly sure which day I O'd.

Hope everyone has a good day!
