Question bout my belly button..{weird}?

What does it mean when you could see your belly button going in & out what does that mean? I was standing looking at my belly and i could see my belly button going in & out.

I think i know what you mean i was in the shower the other day and sat down and my belly button and tiny bit of surrounding area was moving of its own accord!
