Hey ladies! I'm tentatively rejoining here as it seems to be the best fit of the active threads.

I am 12 days post mc, so I don't quite know when l will ovulate. Took a hpt today and still have a ghost of a line. does that have to be totally neg before an ovulation test would be accurate?

I've never done the ovulation test thing before (but had a decent handle on ovulation during standard cycles). Was just thinking it might be nice to have an idea of what's going on immediately post-mc.

I’m sorry to hear about your mc. I too have just had a mc last month but thankfully I had negative test a couple of days later. I’d predict you might ov 10/14days once your neg test again? Keeping everything crossed for you.

I'm literally debating weather to do another test or not but in honesty I might just wait to bleed if this is a chemical or miscarriage I can't do it again tbh xx

@tdog there’s a reason those weeks indicator tests are banned in other countries. I say this as someone who still uses them but they cause so much stress! Your FRER lines are progressing, I know it’s easier said than done after what you’ve been through but try not to stress. Today you are pregnant

Wow ladies lol just caught up like 6 or more pages! Nothing here really, 5dpo and was crampy this morning but not for long, my hormonal acne is raging and my boobs hurt as they normally do!
@tdog I see consistent progression on the frers if we ignore the other brands. Pretty sure the weeks indicators are no longer sold in US (they’re sold here in Canada though) cause of the inaccuracy! Breathe hun, in this moment, you are certainly pregnant x

My OPKs are still very positive with a very light Positive pregnancy test. You can O with HCG in your system, but it doesn’t look like the LH tests are really reliable until HCG is gone.

I think nearly positive hon but I don’t know those tests and as I said earlier some opks don’t go any darker than the control line.
Keep testing to see if they go any darker. Good luck love.

I really hope so too love. I was hit with covid at 7dpo in July. I think I May of been pregnant that cycle as had some signs but was too unwell to test so won’t ever know. Fx for you love and get well soon.

@Momof2onetube my cycles seem to be more regular now! I had about 6 months of bleeding that ended with me having surgery to have an ovarian cyst removed in March and I’ve been pretty much regular and ovulatory since then. It’s been crazy! I’m still scared it’ll stop any moment and I’ll go back to my awful anovulatory cycles.
How are you feeling about TTC again? Not long until testing for you now!

@Suggerhoney I’m 3DPO now, had a couple of days of good temp rises but it was a bit flat this morning. No crosshairs on FF but just about to try the different detectors to see if I get anything
How’s your using OPKs to resist testing going? Feels like an eternity until we should start testing

Made a sucky move and in my poorly/crazy mind decided to do a 5dpo test
Now I’m not stupid and know I can’t be getting lines at 5dpo, but there’s definitely a shadow on these tests. Shall I just bin the batch? Because I can’t be dealing with these shadowy lines once I get into the sensible testing period. First pic is the 5 minute mark sexond pic is dry xx

meh, I was afraid of that. ah well. Guess I'll save the fun science until I get a negative test. Fingers crossed for us both! Maybe next week! Thanks!

Definitely an indent and you’re right it’s grey when dry but almost had colour while processing! Think I need to bin them and get a new bunch for testing time
