hi,

when we 1st started weaning blake was 4months old and therefore far too smal for his highchair. so he was fed sat on our laps, perched up on his bean bag or in his bumbo.

as he got bigger he went mainly in bumbo and now he is in his highchair BUT he has to have a cushion behind him or he cant reach his tray.


leelee, sorry to hear your on your own now, you will manage. its hard but you can do it - i have been there when my ex hubby left me.

Does anyone have anything nice planned for the Easter weekend? I don't have much to do, just gonna relax and hopefully, if the weather is nice, get out and about. I'm so sick of the weather this week but it's sunny today which makes a nice change

Hey Vicks, not got much planned, we are going to do a spring clean tomorrow, well i say we i havent given my OH the good news yet!!! lol. Going to have to sort out her 9-12 month clothes aswell, alot of the 6-9 we have given away as too small!
It would have been so nice to get out and about but weather is appalling!

We're good thanks hun. Joe had a bad night last night, up and down til 3am, just seemed to want cuddles poor little lamb. He's his usual happy self, just maybe getting used to weaning and possibly teething???

How is Izzy doing?

Ahhhh poor Joe, hows his constipation?
Izzy is good, pigging out on the solids- bit concerned she may be having too much!!!! lol
I am so proud of her and how she was on holiday and on the flight, how she has changed from the high need baby she was few months ago!
I saw a woman i worked with today who i hadnt seen since i was pregnant and i was now introducing my nearly 7 month old daughter, scary!!!

hi,

my kids got me kicked off a bus today! i could have killed them. they wouldnt sit down, the driver said they had to or we had to get off bus.....they wouldnt sit, driver stopped bus and made us get off! we had to wait nearly half an hr for a bus as they were all full and i couldnt get on with buggy.

this is the thanks i get for taking them to the park and buying easter eggs! little sods!


it has gone really cold again, was nice this morning.

Hi septembryos

I dont post a lot in here anymore as I get double postings on ths thread all the time - it hates me lol!

Alex is doing grand. Shes 9 months old now (6 months corrected age). Shes not crawling yet, but shes become a right character. We've been told to bash on with 3 meals a day and all....we've been nervous because shes still so little!

She was last weighed at 13lb 7oz!

We visited the neonatal the other week to and seen the dishy dude that looked after her. I was so gonna ask for a pic of him and alex but i couldnt find the words!!!! I WILL do it lol!

I'm glad Alex is doing well Those nine months have flown by, I can't believe our LO's have been around for so long!!

sb22 - i would just ask him for a pic and say its for her keepsake box/book! (most mums have these nowdays, so he probably wouldnt question it). whether you have 1 or not is beside the point - its you a pic of him.

we we're hoping to go to local farm today BUT OH boss hasnt brought his wages round yet, so we are sat here like spare things at a wedding. LOL! if he doesnt get soon we will have to go sun as OH working tomorrow!

We are not doing much today, the weather looks nice though so may go for a wander. Izzy is wearing a pair of 9-12 month jeans today (we bought them yesterday) and they are quite snug round the waist!!!???!!! And we bought a top 12-18 months, thought i'd try it on her, and it isnt that big!!!???!!! I know she is a big baby, but not that big!!!!!

hey scally dont worry about Izzy's size im sure shes fine hun xx i just bought Chloe some new clothes for the summer in size 9-12 and she is wearing them now altho a little loose!! but shes is only 3-6 months round her waist!!

We need to go out & buy somemore 9-12 month clothes for Joe as he's growing out of his 6-9 month ones too! The sizes vary so much though, it's hard to know whats going to last.
