My temps are really high so I'd say I ovulated on CD14. But either way I'm so tempted to test.. Normally I would start frtom 3dpo just because hehe. How you lovely ladies doing?

congrats!! how many cycles were u on soy?

im so confused as to if ov is today or yesterday because my temp spiked today but i also have ov pains for today, ff days yesterday. we dtd today and thurs night i just hope were covered

That was second soy month. Last month I still od same time this month was week later. I used phytolife ones and took 2,3,3,4,4. If your has risen that means you od if stays up. Usually o day before spike
